Description of Work: We went to Coleman Upholstery for a car headliner and when we got the car back, they had broken many of the plastic moldings that they removed to install the new liner. They did not say anything when we picked up the car, nor did they phone us when they were installing the headliner and the pieces were breaking. We would have definitely appreciated a heads up that this was happening, as we would have told them to stop right then. Very unprofessional, very poor workmanship, and very poor supervision by management of the employee's work. Also, they lost the piece that holds our hands free microphone. Our driver side visor keeps falling since we got the car back (this is really annoying). The molding above our sliding side door fell down. We are very upset and after this experience we do not want this business to touch our car ever again. | We also had boat cushions reupholstered. At the time of placing the order we specified they needed new foam. Well, we got the cushions back and the old foam was still there. No new foam at all. We returned them and it took quite long to get them back. We had to return to this business quite a number of times to get the job completed which was of course annoying. After both experiences do not recommend this business. They may have a reasonable price but it's certainly not worth it. We should have obtained a partial refund for them breaking our plastic moldings. GO ELSEWHERE.

+ -1 moreI didn't even get past the initial phone call with these guys. The call was answered rudely and short then when I explained why I called and that i was looking to have some patio furniture recovered the man didn't know how to respond to me, without asking me to hold he began shouting across the shop for someone else to grab the phone and talk to me and then the line went silent. I will not be calling back. Very unprofessional first impression.
