The cleaners always arrive on time to do the cleaning. All furniture is moved before they start and this we insist on. There is a small charge for this, but it is worth it to us. Our grandchildren tend to leave some stains. Coit uses a hand brush technique to get these out. The main traffic areas are also focused on heavily. They are well mannered and fairly quick in completing the task.

Coit Drapery took my call quickly and came around to give an estimate. He was very reasonable with his prices and explained a special cleaning process for the draperies. The cleaning was scheduled as soon as he took the draperies back to the cleaners and he brought them back on time. He hung them up and he did an excellent job. The drapes look beautiful and he gave me his card for future cleanings. I've used him again.

When Coit arrived, they were right on time and ready to work. The company and the workers are really nice people. However, the price is not very cheap. I called other companies that were cheaper, and they did do as good of a job as Coit did. I continue to stick with Coit because of the quality and the professionalism though.

The first time I called Coit, the service was horrible. I said I would never use them again. The second time, I did not hire them. What had happened was Coit kept calling to try to set an appointment, and I kept telling them no. Then a different company called, and I decided to go ahead and set the appointment. When the company came out, they had Coit shirts on, and I was very disappointed. The guy talked me into letting them do the rugs. Once again, I was very dissatisfied. The drapes had streaks in them and the carpets were a mess. I went upstairs and one of my lamps was broken. It was horrible. They actually asked me to go upstairs and get out of their way. I reported them to the BBB and I will never, ever use them again.

I called on a Wednesday, and they showed up on Saturday after I called again. They did a pretty good job on the couch; however, they left a lot of water on the floor. They attempted to clean it up and luckily it didn't stain. I would hire them again, but I would monitor their performance.

My house has some large Oriental rugs on the floors that needed to be cleaned. I called Coit to clean one of then and I was pleased. The rug came out looking new again so I am having them clean the rest of my Oriental Rugs. Coit was very punctual and did a fabulous job with my expensive Oriental rug. We were very pleased with their price as well.

Coit returned my call quickly and came around to give me an estimate. Their prices were quite reasonable, and they explained the discount services and how I would save a lot of money. The cleaning was scheduled as soon as they removed the draperies and took them back to the shop. They brought them back in a couple of days and re-hung them. The only thing that I didn't like was they sprayed some existing hanging drapes and they didn't look clean to me, so they didn't charge me for them. The drapes they brought back looked brand new though and they did an excellent job.

Coit Air Duct and Carpet definitely improved the quality of air flow throughout our home. We are pleased one hundred percent with this company. They came out on the day we had set up and cleaned all the ducts without making any messes in our house. We talked to the crew who cleaned them, and they were very nice people. It took very little time to finish the job, and we can tell that they did a good job.

Coit arrived early on a Monday morning when traffic inside the house would be at a minimum. We had already moved the furniture for them. They do move furniture, but for an added price, so we did it. The cleaning job was done exceptionally well. They used chemical sprays and scrub brushes on the stained areas. All the ground in dirt came out. It was like a new carpet.

All of the furniture in our living room needed a cleaning. Friends recommended Coit to us. The cleaning went quite well and everything was spotless. The problem was with our ottoman cushions. When they laid it out to dry, a tag from another cushion was pressed against the Ottoman. The ink from the tag bled onto it while drying. Although this was an accident, they should have been paying closer attention. At least Coit paid for the repair, which was a total of $4000.

The cleaning was scheduled on the spot and the technician was on time. He did a very thorough job cleaning it, and he left me his card for future cleaning jobs.

They did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors and cleaning the drapes. The floors look great. They didn't make any mess and are very helpful. They are a wonderful company and I was very impressed with their service. The floors were covered with carpet when we moved in, and when we pulled it up, the underlying floors needed to be redone.

We were not impressed with the service that this company gave us. They did not get the carpet as clean as we expected them to. Plus, they did not do the upholstery, even after they told us that they would. They were unable to remove the stains that they claimed they could. We feel it was not worth the price that we were charged. We will never use their service again.

The cleaning was scheduled as soon as they took my drapes back to the shop. They brought the drapes back in a few days and hung all five panels. They did a fabulous job and the drapes look brand new.

COIT IS COURTEOUS BUT WE WEREN'T NOTIFIED OF ONE APPT CHANGE TO DIFFERENT DAY. SCHEDULING PROBLEMS DUE TO LACK OF CARRY-THROUGH BY TECHS and SCHEDULERS. ESTIMATOR GAVE INCORRECT INFORMATION ABOUT SHOWER CLEANING: GLASS DOORS WERE NOT CLEANED AS PROMISED;SERVICES BOOKLET EXPLAINS ''TRUCK MOUNTED CLEANING SYSTEM REMOVES DIRT and GRIME FROM TILE and GROUT''BUT WORKER CLEANED BY HAND INSTEAD,REMOVED OLD CAULKING and PUT IN SILICONE. BRASS SHOWER FRAME NOW HAS SCRAPED MARKS;ANOTHER TECH REDID SILICONE CAULKING JOB-NOW FAIR. OPERATIONS MANAGER(OP MGR) REFUNDED THIS COST. I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE OPS MGR TO CALL ABOUT ADJUSTMENT FOR A PROBLEM. 7/14/05 HE CAME TO VIEW SOFA DAMAGE and WAS TO DISCUSS THIS WITH HIS MANAGER and GET BACK TO ME. HE LEFT FOR VACATION, BUT HIS VOICE MAIL STATED HE WOULD RETURN CALLS ON 8/4 .I CALLED MANAGER FRANK IVORY WHO SAID HE WOULD BE SURE OPS MGR CALLS; SAID NO ONE ELSE KNOWS ABOUT ANY ADJUSTMENT. CARPET CLEANING IS GOOD. DRAPERY CLEANING WAS FINE.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID THE WORK RIGHT. THE PRICE SEEMED HIGH TO ME.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. IT WAS A RAINY DAY WHEN HE CAME OUT SO HE WAS A LITTLE LATE, BUT HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE CHAIRS THAT I WASN'T SURE WOULD COME CLEAN.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE OVERALL SERVICE. I FELT A LITTLE PRESSURED TO HAVE MORE SERVICES DONE AND ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL SERVICE FEES.
