Went well. Coit was on time and everything proceeded smoothly. The whole visit took less than 3 hours.

They were on time and their price was reasonable. The quality of their work seemed to be fine. I spent $500 for both the services.

Eric handled my service and he was very professional and was also on time. Last year I called him back to clean the carpets when my renters had a water leak.

We decided that if we were going to have to pay astronomical prices for natural stone maintenance, we'd go with a natural stone company rather than a do-it-all, jack-of-all-trades company like Coit. Their rep was punctual, friendly and professional, but their prices are simply too high. If not for the "discount" they were promoting, the estimate would have been TWICE what all the other companies were quoting us. Even as the rep slammed other companies who would jack prices up in order to take advantage of customers, it soon became obvious that their discount was a sham and Coit was doing the exact same thing! My suggestion: don't buy into their supposed discounts. Get estimates from other companies before you hire Coit.

He was on time. He called to say he was on his way. He was dressed very well. I would consider hiring him because he was professional and kind. He seemed very knowledgeable.

On July 9th 2008, we contracted with Coit to have our carpets cleaned. They were to arrive between 10:00 am and 12 noon on July 14th 2008. In preparation for the cleaning we removed the contents of the four bedrooms that were to be done. They called the day of the scheduled cleaning to say they would be late and would arrive between noon and 2:00 pm. round 3:30 that afternoon a scheduler called to confirm an appointment for 8:00 am the following day. We were told we did not have an appointment for the 14th as stated on the contract we signed... no apologies. We canceled the service.

I have paid less in the past for carpet cleaning but the quality of the work, professionalism, and prompt response was well worth the cost. You get what you pay for!

We have 3 animals whose various forms of output had stained the carpet pretty badly. We called in Coit and had an appointment for the end of the week. They were on time and got right to work. We had the carpet in 3 medium to large rooms steam cleaned, deodorized and scotch-guarded. The stains were lifted, and the house smells great! We used a coupon for 35% off which resulted in about a $60 savings.

The carpet was wet for more than 24 hours when they said it would be dry within 4-6. It also had a sticky residue. They didn't want to honor their money back guarantee.

Coit made my carpets look new and took out all but one coffee stain. They were punctual, cleaned a little extra at no charge, and did five rooms. Ask if they have any discounts available when you call. They also call you the day before to let you know what two hour window they will be coming.

The carpet cleaner was on time and did his work quickly. He tried to remove some mysterious stains but could not remove them completely. Overall he was professional and did a good job.

They are too expensive. You need to read the entire contract. They will nickel and dime you to death.

Coit did the best job we have seen since we have lived here. We switched from another company, on advice from friends. Coit is a little more expensive, but they do such a wonderful job, there is not the need to clean as often. The cleaners were on time, and enthusiastic. All furniture was moved, and the stains and main traffic areas cleaned so well, we can't see any dirt at all. We will definitely be calling Coit again.

The technician returned my call promptly and followed up with an estimate to clean my carpet. Their prices were fairly reasonable, but after the job was done I didn't think the steam process cleaned it as good as they said it would. The cleaning was scheduled right away and the technician was right on time. After he left, I noticed a lot of stains left in the carpet. It was not a very good job and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Coit Drapery Carpet and Upholstery did a great job. They have done a great job for me in the past. That is why I called them this time. They make sure spots are gone and they even move furniture for you.

The cleaner was on time for the appointment. All the furniture was moved to get in the corners. The tried to get the heavy traffic areas cleaned, but the dry cleaning method used was not very affective in that regard. I asked then to go over those areas again, and it still did not do a sufficient job. The stairs were also left somewhat dirty. They stressed the benefits of dry cleaning over steam cleaning, but in my experience, there is no comparison.

I had used this company for many years until about six or seven months ago when I had to switch to a different company. When I did have Coit come out and do the work they did an excellent job, but after so long, Coit was starting to send different people all the time and the people they were sending out were not doing a very good job. The stains were not coming up and there was some kind of smell left behind. I cannot quite explain the smell, but it wasn't good.

They did a great job. At this same time, I had them take my drapes and blinds down to be cleaned. When they returned to put my drapes up, I noticed my blinds had cracks and bends in them. I called the manager and complained. He was supposed to get back to me. Well, that was a year ago, I still have heard nothing from them. This was my first time using them, and I will not be returning to use them again.

The cleaners always arrive on time to do the cleaning. All furniture is moved before they start and this we insist on. There is a small charge for this, but it is worth it to us. Our grandchildren tend to leave some stains. Coit uses a hand brush technique to get these out. The main traffic areas are also focused on heavily. They are well mannered and fairly quick in completing the task.

Coit Drapery took my call quickly and came around to give an estimate. He was very reasonable with his prices and explained a special cleaning process for the draperies. The cleaning was scheduled as soon as he took the draperies back to the cleaners and he brought them back on time. He hung them up and he did an excellent job. The drapes look beautiful and he gave me his card for future cleanings. I've used him again.

They didn't get the carpet as clean as I thought. They didn't get the spots out either and I can do that myself. One of the workers came out and was too strange. I would never use them again. Their work is only so-so, and definitely not worth the price they charge me. They are higher priced than others in the area. Now I've bought my own carpet cleaner.

Coit always seems to send somebody different and every time they do everything is always done in the same way. The furniture was moved, they cleaned the carpets, furniture and put it all back in its place. All the stains seem to be gone every time. I am very satisfied with the service I receive and will probably continue to use Coit for a very long time.
