Description of Work: I have slate tile flooring on my porches that they acid washed, sealed and enhanced.

Description of Work: They cleaned two love seats that are slip covered. There was a lot of surface dirt and they look much better. Not all stains came out due to age of sofas and length of time stains were set in the cotton. I would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Even though they are a lot more expensive than most duct cleaning companies, I had used them in the past and thought they had done a good job. This time I was very displeased. I made an appointment for Coit to come out on a certain day. They never came. I called and they said the person who took my order was new and my order was never processed. The earliest appointment they could give me was 3 days later. I explained my daughter was flying in that afternoon with a newborn and a 4 year old. I told them the only time I could have it done was that morning, that I didn't want to subject a newborn to the machine for health purposes. Friday morning I receive an automated message saying that they would be there between 3-5. I called them and told them they had agreed to the morning time. They apologized, but said they had too many appointments that day. This was the only time they could come and offered me a 5% discount. It was their fault to begin with and I had to cancel the order. I was extremely unhappy and will no longer work with this company.

Description of Work: We had COIT out to clean an old shower. When they quoted the price, we decided not to have them do the work. However, the service people gave us tips on how to do some of the work ourselves. That itself guaranteed we will call them again for future needs. (I would have rated them higher, however they came very late and had to come out twice and still didn't seem ready to do the work.)

Description of Work: Removed 3 large, floor to ceiling, drapery panels, promised a week turnaround, provided written invoice, and delivered them a week later, as promised. Called ahead of first service call and return day.
