Cline Construction and Renovation

A remodel nightmare. I hired Ryan aka Ryan Cline Construction to remodel my newly purchased retirement condo. I believed he would keep his word & complete the remodel with a professional crew in a timely fashion. In good faith, I hired him & as a result of my job being assigned to a subcontractor, Tod, who was continually a no show & who was allowed to hire his own sub-par crew for my remodel. My experience w/ painters: a husband & wife team, also installed the crown & baseboard moulding. Despite my communications with Ryan & his construction company, the walls & trim of my old condo were not prepped & there was zero attempt made to smooth over dips, cracks, chipped in the walls, trim & doors. They even painted over writing on the wall, which now shows through because they didn't even kilz over it. They also didn't know how to miter & install crown & baseboard moulding or how to reinstall quarter round. They also failed to install some crown & baseboard in the kitchen.

Finished the job swiftly and did an awesome job. They were recommended by my in-laws, and I am so glad we went with Cline Construction. Our bathroom went from totally unworkable and old to inviting and fresh in only a few weeks. We will definitely work with Cline for future remodels... and in a 100 year old, outdated house, that is saying something!

Great! Ryan and his crew exceeded our expectations. Ryan and his crew are great to work with. the patio ceiling is tongue & groove stained to our color selection ... really turned out great. The patio cover and breezeway included 12 flush mount LED lights with dimmer switches. The install also included flush mount speaker system. All work 100% top notch. I would DEFINITELY use Cline Construction again. I'm also happy to be a referral for Cline Construction.

Remodel was great. I was overall pleased with the work performed. I especially loved my master bath and beautiful kitchen with open floor plan. Makes the space look much bigger than before. The floors looks great, went with all wood based laminate and it looks real nice. All new windows and doors were installed. The workers did an excellent job and the owner was very nice and professional, he did a wonderful job helping me pick my design and materials. I would define recommend Cline Construction to my family and friends.

Terrific. Ryan and team are top-notch. Professional, courteous, communicative, talented, trustworthy, down to earth, creative problem solvers, jobs completed in a reasonable time frame, and the price is always fair. Not the lowest price in town, but you get what you pay for and we've always felt their prices are more than fair for the quality of work they do. Their subs are fantastic, possessing the same qualities as the main Cline team. They also had no problem working with a separate designer on the project, and no complaints when things didn't quite go as planned. We've worked together more than once and always look forward to the next project.

The whole project went very well. The time frame for the whole house remodel was very reasonable. Ryan was very professional and constantly checking on progress. He was always available to answer all my questions and I appreciate that. I was extremely pleased and happy with the results. Loved it. Would recommend.

I am a designer, so I can be extremely picky, and in all the years we have worked together on projects they have never let me, or my team down. They always exceed my expectations. Completed on time, on budget, with great care by the workers. Afterwards, we found that some bricks have been loosened by some necessary grinding, it was repaired without a problem. Ryan and his team have done many projects at our house, All have been very satisfactory. When I was younger, I learned to do many projects myself. I have always found Ryan and his team to use the best workmanship and best approach is to solve the inevitable challenges that arise. Highly recommended.

Great!! The beam now is sturdy and the house is steady for our kids to jump upstairs! There were some unexpected findings and they worked though them professionally even matching all the paint perfectly. We felt fortunate to have them get our house as safe as possible.
