+ 2 moreFantastic. He showed up on time, cleaned up after himself, and got the work done within a very reasonable amount of time and a very reasonable price. He was recommended by neighbors who had been doing business with him for years. The house sold to the 5th family that looked at it!! For asking price.
Description of Work: We were doing a big update to sell our house. Roy painted 3 bedrooms (deep purple, deep torquoise, and deep dark blue and we changed them to a soft modern gray), 1 kitchen (mango and biscuit to a modern white), and repaired any damage to walls in all the other rooms in the house. There were no white walls for him to work with. Restained some railing that had been damaged from a salt water aquarium, you could never tell any damage had been done. Painted some ceilings where there had been water leaks and an attic door, and repaired some window sills that had some termite damage. We had pickled oak cabinets from when our house was built in 1989, and we painted them a slight off white, and we did a new lantern style tile backsplash over 25 linear feet in our kitchen. Replaced the back door, which our dogs over the years had destroyed, recaulked a non white grout shower/bathroom. There were some odds and ends that he did to help us pass inspection that I am not remembering.

+ 1 moreI could not be more pleased with the results. The exterior painting went smoothly and the repairs were expertly done. The construction project also went smoothly. Roy kept the construction site tidy and debris were removed daily. The interior painting and repairs were done with limited intrusion on our daily routine. Roy matched the paint perfectly and came up with innovative solutions to complete a couple of tricky repairs to windows and doors thereby saving the cost of replacement.
Description of Work: I have hired Roy and Clean Painting on at least three separate occasions; all at my Katy home. He exceeded my high expectations each time. The first job was to paint the exterior of my house which also involved intricate carpentry work in spots. The second was to design, build and trim, then paint an outdoor garden shed. Most recently Roy and Clean Painting painted the interior of my house and completed interior cosmetic repairs and upgrades. All projects were completed on time.

+ 2 moreOn time... on budget... overall project very well done. Exceeded initial project expectations and still met projected expense. Quality of work always at the highest level.Roy has been servicing us for over 15 years and takes great pride in the work he does. Recommend him highly for all carpentry/painting needs.
Description of Work: Cedar siding replaced by Hardi-plank. Remainder of wood siding caulked and painted. Trim around patio repainted to match back of house.
