I’ve been using CK Pools for over a year or more since my previous company was bought by them. There was an issue at first as they didn’t have my email address on file since they took over the service from previous company & I ended up about 3 months past due. Since times were tough, I called & spoke to Sean & he allowed me to pay portions until I was caught up. He was very easy to talk to & understood my situation. I appreciate Sean working with me on this hiccup. I’ve had a few techs come out & service the pool throughout my time with them & all have done a great job. Today I received a call from Brandon & he gave me an ETA of when he would be at my home so I could make sure my dogs were put up. I ended up arriving home as Brandon was arriving & he greeted me & let me know what he found last week & what treatments he was doing. He also informed me of his process & answered every question I asked. He was very professional & I could tell he enjoys what he does & takes pride in his work. After he was done today, he let me know what he found & answered additional questions. I appreciate his interaction & knowledge & keeping my pool crystal clear. Big shout out to CK & Brandon!! Keep up the great work!!

It felt rushed. He used to take care of this before he died a few months ago. But ck pool tech was very nice and answered all my questions just feel like I needed to go to class that’s all.

Just wanted to let you know how wonderful of a job Erik did today. We have been out of town for two weeks and unable to maintain the pool and with the pollen pods falling and debris in the air the pool was a mess, but Erik did a great job making it nice this morning. Thank you, Barbara Jeffers

Honestly the best pool service we have had in 15 years. Awesome!!!! I truly recommend you! The owner Sean always solve your doubts and we really love our regular technician.
