His advice for sale and his aggressive marketing strategy got us really quick, on asking price offers. On the purchase, it was a new build so Chris walked us through the process of dealing with the builder's agent and the inspections, and the financing... etc. He was very active in coordinating the proper channels of communication leaving nothing for us to need to figure out. He was also very good at explaining the massive amount of paperwork and the things that we didn't even consider. Chris is patient and has a very good sense of humor and professionalism. With the tons of questions that we had he never once hesitated to get us the information needed and in a timely manner.
