The provider was friendly and well-spoken. One complaint is that he and his crew were around one day, gone for three days, back a day, gone for a week, etc. My façade was not completed, and that is when the trouble began. I began inquiring about their coming to complete the job in April. One time I did see the owner, and he said that he would have painted that section of the façade, except that the gate was locked This could be true, but no one had informed me that the painters would be on the premises, so I had no idea that I was to unlock the gate. I requested to the owner that he communicate directly with me when he intends to paint that part of the façade (a porch), so that I can either be on the premises, or leave the gate open for his arrival. I spent my entire summer making phone calls to the company and writing emails about the fact that the job was not complete. First, I was told that he could come around July 4. Then when I called that week to see when he was coming, I was informed that I did not make an appointment. From July 4 until August, I tried to contact the owner or his assistant, by phone or by email in order to schedule an appointment. I finally reached the owner, and he explained that he did not paint in July and August, due to the heat, but that he would come in September. As September approached, I began calling and emailing almost daily in order to schedule an appointment. No one would answer my calls. Even emails were left without reply. Of course, the message came in quite clearly that the provider had no intention of completing the work, and had no intention of communicating with me. I would venture to say that the owner and his assistant acted very unprofessionally. The over-all experience was negative, and I would not recommend this company to anyone else.
