Description of Work: They came on the day I phoned them-- fixed the toilet seal just fine.

Description of Work: On the latest service call, they installed grab bars in the bathroom and shower. On previous calls they installed a new bathroom sink faucet set and repaired the drain lines in the kitchen. All work was fully satisfactory.

Description of Work: Broken water line. Called several companies that could not give appts. to repair my main water line to the house for several days. Called Chavez Plumbing and they came out and did the repair first thing the next day. Did a good job at a good price and I will use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced ruptured galvanized pipe with flexible hose, ruptured pipe was under the house and they had to dig some to gain access under the house which is on pier and beam. There was a lot of standing water under the house due to leak, they pumped some of the water out and I provided a second pump to help get the water out a little faster. I just felt the price was a little high for basically replacing one 13'section of pipe. But that is just my opinion about the pricing. Had another plumber quote me a third of the price I paid but he did not come back after he gave the quote. Also asked for a quote on replacing all of my water lines, which they said they would get back with me with a price. Still waiting on that quote.

Description of Work: Look at garbage disposal, repair sink stopper. No work was needed on the disposal. The stopper was repaired, but sink still drains poorly. I think that a more thorough repair could have been done in that case. | |Was ver courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Replaced shower pan, drain and vent. Work was completed on schedule and time. I had another contractor working the bathroom so it was great having them do the work on time and schedule.

Description of Work: They unclogged two related drains. They fixed a water flow problem in one of the faucets. They arrived on time, were professional, did not make a mess, and answered my questions. I would use them again.

Description of Work: My kitchen drain would backup when my washing machine emptied. Mr. Chavez told me that was not possible and was very rude. My handyman was over a week or two later and said he would look at it and found it was the pipes under the sink that had debris in them. Took him no time to correct it. |Mr Chavez is a very unpleasant person. Probably drinking.

Description of Work: Unplugged a sanitary sewer drain line. Removed toilet,installed a new toilet floor flange and replaced toilet. I was very happy with there work.

Description of Work: Located and fixed leak in attic that was leaking through 1st floor ceiling. They were able to send someone almost immediately when I called. They were fast and courteous. I have used Chavez before and have been extremely pleased in all aspects.

Description of Work: Cleaned a clog in a sewer cleanout in my backyard that another plumber could not clear.

Description of Work: I had some mold in my downstairs closet, but did not suspect a leak. A mold remediator came and noticed there was moisture, and suggested that there may still be a leak present. Called Chavez Plumbing, who came 2 days after I initially called them. | |When they arrived, they were prompt and professional, and quickly found that the upstairs toilet was not properly sealed to the drain, and were able to fix that issue. They were able to quickly resolve the issue and I thought the price was fair for the job performed.
