It was really nice because we did not know. The cost was $200 because he had to replace the entire faucet of my bathtub. He actually had to remove a protection and it was not that easy. We are going to use him again for the maintenance and checkup. He really takes time to check all the systems.

They are good. We have used them many times over the years.

The service professionals did not call 30 minutes prior to arriving, but arrived on time. The crew was professional and efficient. They completed the drain snake and cleared the line of a rag that was causing the back up. There is a 30 day guarantee on the work, so hopefully this will be a permanent fix.

I would use them again, they have done a few jobs for us.

We've used them several times. We found them off Angie's List. They do very good work at a very fair price. The quality of the work is very good and the service is good. The sink we had wasn't deep enough so he bought a new deep sink and installed it. The first time they came, it happened that the sink we had bought over the internet from Home Depot turned up to have damage on one corner so we had to take it back and order for another sink and have them come back a second time. When they come, they usually come with 2 or 3 plumbers. They actually had to unhook everything and re-plumb it outside the wall because things were not in the same place.

So they came in and put in new piping. Their price was a little high.

They did excellent work. On time and very professional. Fair price. We have used them many times ( reseating toilets, new faucets, replacing bathroom sink. ) They always do a good job.

The first word that comes to mind with Mr. Chavez is "Integrity." Folks, it doesn't get any better than this guy. Professional all the way and extremely competent. The installers of my new gas dryer said I needed a bigger gas valve and refused to install it. I had Mr. Chavez come over and he said I didn't need the new valve and had my gas dryer hooked up in one minute. He explained in detail that the valve was indeed up to code and showed the specs on the gas flow and the dryer. This guy is awesome!!!

Quick appointment. Always prompt and punctual. Very efficient and friendly plumbers. I always feel confident in Chavez Plumbing.

Went great. The guys took pains to minimize damage to my wife's prized stand of 15' tall elephant ears, which was hard to do because the spot they had to dig out was in the middle of that stand. They uprooted several plants, did the repair, then replaced the plants. After three or four days you couldn't even tell there had been a disturbance. (A plumber working at my next-door neighbor's house, when asked, had simply said "have to cut a wide swath through those things - no other way to get at your problem", so needless to say, I was happier with Chavez's approach.) Final price was what was originally estimated even though it was a bit more involved than anticipated.

Mr. Chavez has been out to our house several times, they are punctual their work is excellent and they are dependable. I have never been able to recommend any plumbing company before but this on is trustworthy and fixes the problem with one trip. I will always call Mr. Chavez for my plumbing needs.

Mr. Chavez answered my initial call and quickly scheduled a couple of his team members to come to my residence to repair a small leak under one of our bathroom sinks. His team arrived on time and did an excellent job fixing the leak and replacing all the components under the sink. In case of future problems the plumbing under the sink will be much easier to access in order to flush and/or snake the drain. Also the work area was left very clean.

Mr Chavez came on time as promised, and was extremely professional. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely hire them to do other plumbing services.

It went great. It was a minor leak, but because of their honesty, it was inexpensive and easy to fix.

They are always prompt. They clean up after themselves. Plumbers tend to be expensive, but they are always reasonable. I've used them several times before, and always had a pleasant experience.

Repaired outside faucet, but $225 charge for a 20 minute repair is ridiculous.

Chavez Plumbing is a family owned business. They are polite, did quality work, have great work ethic and pride in their work, are dependable, always showed up when called. My husband said in his 40+ years of being a general contractor, this was the best plumbing company he has ever hired.

I spent $150. They did fine, they knew what they were talking about, they were quick and they didn't have to come back. I would suggest that they wear booties on their feet.

We called Chaves Plumbing at 8 am on Saturday, and Mr. Chavez came over by 10 am. He told us he would be here between 10 to 11 am. Fixed our problem with his machine, probably within 15 min, along with one additional leaky garden water shut off valve. Very pleasant experience. I would definitely call him again for our future plumbing needs.

For plumbing we used Chavez Plumbing. We have been using him for probably over a year. Overall, that job went quite well. What stands about their service is that they are very prompt and friendly. He has done several things for me and they did them in the time that they said they would do them.

They have done some work for me several different times. They also helped me clear lines when after I first moved into my house after I just bought it. The service worked out great. They were prompt, easy to work with and had good prices. They were cheaper than other places I had looked and quoted. They were just good service and I will use them again for any needs I have.

The technician arrived with an assistant. They were very professional and assessed and diagnosed the problem quickly. They removed their shoes when they entered my home. They were very knowledgeable and explained all of my options for necessary repairs. The technicians were very personable and engaging with me and my family. I called him at approximately 6pm and he arrived and completed repairs by 8:45pm. I will definitely use him again. I am very pleased with their service delivery.

They were very prompt, and respectful of our home by keeping areas clean. The worked with urgency and took very few breaks if any. Tub works amazing, toilet area calking was very neat all, dual shower heads totally awesome. We have no complaints at all. Although we paid 50% up front, they normally do not take payment until work is completed and you are satisfied. Great company to work with.
