Description of Work: I had a bad Best Buy appliance buying expeience, which resulted in a new dishwasher sitting in the middle of the kitchen. Chavez arrived in less than 24 hours, installed and cleaned up the area perfectly! After all that I had been through with Best Buy and still will have to go through about the install I purchased and did not get, and with no working dishwasher for over a month, this was a blessed relief. Thank you Chavez for a fast, professional and clean job once again.

Description of Work: I called Chavez Plumbing to repair a leak in my garage roof. They (2) came out on time, and were able to detect the problem in a fairly short amount of time. It turned out that my pipes were okay, but the caulking at the base of the bath tub was full of cracks; hence the leak. They had to cut out two 2'X2' pieces of of sheetrock in order to determine the source of the leak, but it was a very neat job,they also did a good job cleaning up.

Description of Work: Broken water line on private side of the city water meter at my house. Came same day I called. Problem caused by tree root growing under the meter. Chavez plumbers confirmed leak location, dug hole, removed meter, chopped away a significant portion of the large root growing under the meter, replaced leaking section of piping, and reinstalled meter and meter box. They did a lot of work in a short time. I am very satisfied with the overall result. They found the problem, fixed the problem, and had our water back on in time for my wife to fix supper.

Description of Work: A broken pipe was slow-leaking into my closet. I called at 5 am (when I first detected the leak) and they sent out a team of 3 people (really didn't need them all!) immediately and within minutes located the leaking and replaced the pipe section.

Description of Work: Reset toilet with new PVC floor flange, bowl way & bolts. The floor flange was 1 inch below the finished floor causing water damage to floor and ceiling below.

Description of Work: We called this company to come out on an emergency basis on two different occasions. First our daughter's tube seal was leaking down stairs (she's on the second floor). The second, our drains in the kitchen weren't draining and the wash machine was draining on to the garage floor. On both occasions, they came when they said they would, stayed until the job was done, cleaned up, and even fixed the valve in the kitchen faucet, which wasn't the reason they were called. We were very pleased, will call them again if needed, and will recommend the company to others.

Description of Work: Bought a new water heater from chavez and crew. They moved it from our laundry room into our attic while bringing it up to code. We live in a montrose bungalow so space is very important. We are very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: We have used Chavez Plumbing previously and didn't hesitate calling them again. This time we had a stopped up main sanitary sewer line. They made an appointment the same day we called, and kept it on time. Boni and Eric worked hard, and got the job done quickly and to our satisfaction. They were polite, knowlegeable, and neat. Their equipment is state-of-the-art. They turned a dreaded calamity into an almost pleasant experience. We live in a 45 year old house and expect more plumbing repairs, but having Chavez to rely on is quite a relief.

Description of Work: Workers showed up on time. Workers very friendly and professional. They were there to originally fix a toilet that was running, but while they were there, I noticed that when my washing machine drained water, that the downstairs toilet would bubble, and there was standing water on the side of my house. I was not sure of the problem, and they could have told me it was something very expensive to fix. All it needed was to have a clog snaked out. They charged 325.00 for fixing 3 toilets and snaking out the sewer system. They did a great job, and I would definitely use them again.
