Kitchen sink repair went well and then bath faucet repair took 45-60 minutes only to be told that the leak couldn't be repaired. Diagnosing a bath faucet leak shouldn't take that long when I'm paying by the hour.

APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED IN 4 HOUR WINDOW & TECH CALLED 30 MINUTES BEFORE ARRIVAL. TECH WROTE UP TICKET INDICATING I WOULD BE BILLED FOR 1 HOUR, BUT I RECEIVED A BILL FOR 1.5 HOURS. WHEN I CALLED TO REQUEST AN ADJUSTED BILL- & TO CORRECT THE SPELLING OF MY NAME, & ZIP CODE- IT TOOK TEN DAYS & THE CORRECTIONS WERE STILL NOT MADE!!
Description of Work: UNABLE TO DETERMINE SOURCE OF LEAK BECAUSE WE COULD NOT GET ACCESS TO UNIT BELOW.
