I looked at Charles Martin town homes, and I liked what I saw. Their prices were well worth the money, and they explained the warranties and showed me blueprints of a custom town home. The groundbreaking was scheduled as soon as the permits were available for that section of town homes, and they were built on schedule. Amanda set a day for the walk through and move in date, and everything was absolutely perfect. They did an excellent job and cleaned up all the sawdust in the yard, and the town home was very neat and clean.
Description of Work: Charles Martin & Associates built my three-bedroom townhouse in Friendswood in an upscale neighborhood. The work crews poured the foundation, installed the rough plumbing, put up the studs and walls, added drywall and plaster, laid the brick, and poured the driveway. They also installed the finished plumbing, bathroom fixtures, counter tops, kitchen cabinets, and finished off with painting, flooring and carpet. They installed the windows, put on the roofing shingles, and finally landscaped the yard with shrubbery and trees. They built the entire section of townhouses in sequence.
