From start to finish I have no complaints...very professional

They are reliable and their quality of work is good, but they are expensive. I know that other people have gotten the same services for cheaper. However, I used them again because I knew that I could trust that they were going to do what they are supposed to do. You get what you pay for with them.

They were good and did a good job. It was a very large tree and they were able to get it all down. They did very well and they didn't injure any fences or anything. Their price was in the medium range but they did a really good job.

Company also known as Champions Tree Preservation. Ervin showed up punctually to provide an estimate on the same day I called. He helped devise best plan to minimize moving of fences, etc. to accommodate equipment and was careful to write all details (e.g., location of each tree on lot, instructions such as "lower limbs and logs carefully using ropes") on the work order. Estimate was reasonable/low compared with others. Company claims to carry both liability and workman's compensation insurance. I called about eight days in advance to schedule the work. No deposit required. Company called one day in advance to confirm/remind . Cutting crew showed up on time to set up, Ervin showed up 20 min later to review and kick-off the job. Separate crews for stump grinding and haul-off arrived in quick succession after cutting was complete. At least one member of each crew, not necessarily the foreman, spoke limited English. Best to make sure that instructions are crystal clear on the work order (as it was on mine) before work starts. Great job, great cleanup.

Trimming was fine. Clean up was awful. They broke a sprinkler head that was not even in their path. They dragged 3 inch diameter limbs through the pool, rubbing bark all over the coping. It will not scrub off, will power wash next to try to remove. They have previously done work for me that was OK. It took an hour to clean the pool, and another to repair the sprinkler. They did not see several tree branches that had fallen into trees. We had to remove them. Had the bid included $1200 to trim trees and trash your yard, I would have made another plan.

The workers let me know when they arrived at the beginning and left at the end of the day. They showed a willingness to answer my questions and did an excellent job of cleaning up the mess. I just know my palm trees will continue to flourish for many years to come.

Champions Tree Service did a wonderful job, removing dead branches, trimming low hanging branches, and all branches that were close to the roof; all without destroying the shape of the trees. They are a little on the expensive side, but in my mind, worth it.

Champion's did a good job and I would recommend them to others. They trimmed a very large live oak and another oak that had never been trimmed. Both trees look much better now. They also cleaned up and removed a backyard FULL of limbs/branches that I personally cut from other trees and large red-tip shrubs in prior weeks. Finally, they removed 6 large wax leaf shrubs from a flower bed. I gave their quality of work a grade "B" only because I've never used a tree service before and don't have a prior experience to compare their work to. Their responsiveness and punctuality was impressive both in providing the initial estimate and in performing the work.

We have used this company regularly every 1 or 2 years to manage our very large Oak trees. Our trees are the best looking on the block, because this company knows what they are doing. The owner is a degreed arborist, and he personally inspects the job. His workers are insured and know what they are doing. They trim the trees so that they are open (lets light through, and lets the wind blow through). They never butcher the tree. Even when they have to trim away from houses, the resulting job looks fabulous. Plus, they clean up everything and shred all the wood they removed from the trees.

My big oak tree was struck by lightning, so I called Champion Tree Service to save it. When they came out they were up front with me, and said it had a thirty percent chance of survival, so they cut the dead limbs off the top, and treated the roots. The tree won't survive, so they will have to cut it down, but they did a very good job. They tried to save my tree, and were very honest and up front with me, and I appreciated that.

There are three huge oak trees overlooking my property and every couple of years they need to be trimmed to let the wind blow through better. Champion Tree Service did it the last time and we were very pleased with the professionalism and efficient manner in which they trimmed my oak trees. The men trimmed the trees from the top down and lowered the trimming to the ground without any damage to anything else in the yard. The men were very efficient and did a fabulous job of getting the trees trimmed and discarding of the limbs.
