+ -1 moreWow! Donald Lee lives up to his reputation! Several of my colleagues recommended that I contact Donald about restoring the old, dingy grout in a home. Donald arrived on-time, was professionally dressed, respectful of my time and the property, and left the home looking spotless! The grout looks amazing and is now very close to what I assume is the original color. When I first contacted Donald, he gave me an estimate over the telephone and explained the pros and cons of using an acid wash on the older grout. He also walked me through the cleaning process making certain that I understood the service that he would be providing. I appreciate having up front information so that I could make an informed decision prior to my appointment. After the grout was cleaned, Donald gave me some tips on how to keep the grout looking as clean as possible. P.S. Donald also does carpet and upholstery cleaning. My colleagues have used Donald for those services and have glowing reviews as well.
Description of Work: Cleaned grout in 1980's Saltillo tile flooring in breakfast room, kitchen, and office of home.

+ -1 moreThe owner/operator was not available when I called, but I was invited to leave a message. I did so, and he called me back within a couple of hours. He asked a number of relevant questions, quoted a reasonable price, and was cooperative in scheduling the service when I needed it done. He showed up on time and did exactly what he said he'd do at the price we'd agreed. We were thoroughly pleased with his work and will certainly call him the next time we want our carpets cleaned.
Description of Work: We needed the carpet cleaned in two large rooms and on one flight of stairs, to deal with some stains courtesy of our dog and also with dirt due to normal traffic. There was nothing exceptionally difficult about the job; I felt any competent professional could do the job. The main questions were how much we'd have to pay and whether the work could be done within two-three days. Mr. Lee asked good questions so that he knew exactly what he'd need to do and when he'd need to do it. He arrived on time. First he made sure everything was cleared away so he could do a thorough job. He vacuumed the carpet first, then cleaned it, and set up the air conditioning and fans to help it dry. He advised me how long to stay off it while it dried, and gave me some advice on maintenance and future cleaning.

+ -1 moreMoved into a new pre-owned house and needed to get the carpets cleaned between closing and having the movers show up with our stuff. Called Champion on a Saturday and he came out Monday afternoon and stayed late to clean all the carpets the same day before the movers showed up Tuesday morning. He was very helpful in explaining the services, performing the work in a timely manner with short notice, and telling us what to expect and how to care for the carpets when done.
Description of Work: Professionally cleaned carpets wall to wall in a 4,000 sq ft 2 story house.
