 + -1 more1. Adrienne agreed to the title for a difficult and complicated seller. My husband and I were the buyers. 2. The property had several liens and lis pendis attached to it and she pursued those issues doggedly. 3. She kept everyone informed of what was occurring and worked directly with our attorney to make sure our rights were protected.
Description of Work: Adrienne and her office helped us through an extremely difficult closing on a custom made home. If not for her commitment to making it happen, we would still be waiting to close.
