+ -1 moreThey turned it off and forgot to turn it on and I ended up spending $200 to somebody else out to tell me that they simply didn't turn the switch back on. In general their quality is A.
Description of Work: Usually if I have a repair I go through Centerpoint Energy. They came out when the air conditioning was not working.

+ -1 moreThe one inspector that came out to do the servicing in the fall didn’t know what he was doing. It broke down in the winter and someone did have to come and replace something on it. He said the person should have noticed it in the fall.
