 + -1 moreThe company fixed my cracked screen and LCD on July 8 payed 200$. I woke up on the 24th and my screen was completely black.I went into the establishment under my 30 day warranty and the company claimed that my warranty was invalid even though there was no physical damage done to the phone. The company service was terrible. They sold me a defective LCD. Reviews are terrible. Would not recommend this company at all.

 + -1 moreGot it repaired at Office Depot, with out spending the extra for a LCD screen
Description of Work: I bought a Groupon coupon to get a iphone 5 screen replaced. To make a long story short the said they could fix it only if the replaced the LCD also. This is the same thing they told the customer ahead of me. My LCD works perfectly, I only needed the glass screen replaced. Came back 2 hours later and they said the only way the phone could be repaired was for the LCD to be replaced along with the screen. The employee was telling the customer in the store the same line of BS she told me when I dropped the phone off for repair. Their Groupon promotion seems to be used as a "come on" by these con artists to get you into the store to bait you and then switch to the purchase of the LCD which I didn't need. I took it to Office Depot and the had no problem replacing only the glass screen. These guys are are a rip off trying to sucker you in and sell you a LCD you don't need.
