+ -1 moreTHEY DID NOT BRING THE CORRECT EQUIPMENT TO DO THE JOB. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TRUCK AND HAD TO USE HAND EQUIPMENT TO CLEAN THE RUG. THE JOB DID NOT COME OUT VERY WELL. THEY PROMISED TO COME BACK ON SEPT 15TH, BUT NEVER CAME BACK. I WOULD LIKE THEM TO COME BACK OUT AND DO THE JOB AGAIN.
Description of Work: CLEANED THE CARPET FOR THE MASTER BEDROOM.

+ -1 moreCLEANERS WERE QUIET AND CALM. THEY DID TAKE A LITTLE TOO LONG. IT SEEMED LIKE THEY WANTED TO TAKE FOREVER. THEY ALSO LEFT SOME STAINS LEAVING THE CARPET LOOKING ABOUT THE SAME.
Description of Work: CARPET MEDICS CAME AND TOOK ALL THE MAJOR STAINS OUT OF MY RUG. THEY USED ALL OF THEIR TOOLS TO GET THE JOB DONE. SOME FURNITURE MOVING WAS REQUIRED.
