This commercial property was the first of many (80-100) restaurants that we are developing in the Houston metropolitan area. This company should be embarrassed for the way John Holland handled this situation.
Description of Work: Had an appointment to have a roof inspection done on my husband's commercial location. John Holland from this company confirmed via phone call and e-mail that he would meet us there. Never showed even after verbal and written confirmation. Had a property manager meet him at location to give him access to interior. Total waste of his time. Extremely disappointing.

This was a missed appointment. Not the way we normally do business. This was after surgery. If anyone has ever had major surgery, they understand a bit of brain fog from the anesthesia. This customer was totally unforgiving in resetting the appointment and has gone on a bad review campaign. We sincerely apologized for missing the time slot, but to no avail. We hope that the reviewer never makes a mistake or misses an appointment in her lifetime or in their business. We wish her the best!
