One star is even a lot. I would give them negative score. Be careful. Don’t go with them for anything. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. So Nicole helped me and she is the most unprofessional lazy person. At first I had hard time because she has children and she wouldn’t have time to meet with me because she has to leave at 3 every day and I have work and it was a big hassle. Anyway, after solving this she said that the company who is making the cabinets has a lead time of 16 weeks. And these 16 weeks turned out to be over 12 months and every time I ask for a timeline of finishing she would ignore the question and keep postponing and postponing, claiming that she is checking, and now after 2 years of building the house and just waiting for the cabinets, she doesn’t have a timeline yet and she is telling me that I can cancel the order!! Such unprofessional behavior from them after waiting all this time and designing all walk ins to fit the cabinets design. They already caused me so much more expenses due to the delay and now she gives me 24h notice to decide if I want to cancel the order bec I’m not satisfied! How horrible is that!! I can’t even describe this bad they are. And what’s funny to make it even worse is that I called to talk to the manager and she is on vacation and can’t be reached at all if on vacation. So why on earth would they give me a deadline to decide when I can’t even talk to the unprofessional manager who is on vacation and leaving her associates do many damages!!

They did excellent! She designed it very quickly. She’s very good and has a lot of experience. She was willing to take on my small project. Concerned about getting the job done correctly to my liking, and I would highly recommend her. I have since referred friend to her and they have loved her work.

They did excellent work. They really were willing to work with me regarding the price. Some of the painting on the cabinets had to be redone.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL JOB THESE PEOPLE DID. I HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH A PIPE LEAK DURING INSTALLATION AND THEY VERY GRACIOUSLY HANDLED IT WITHOUT A PROBLEM. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM WAS TOP NOTCH.
