THE OWNER REQUESTED A DOWN PAYMENT BEFORE STARTING WORK. HE DID NOT FINISH THE JOB AT SCHEDULED TIME AND SOME ITEMS WERE OVER CHARGED. IT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO PAINT ONLY THE FLOOR OF THE DECK AND LEAVE THE WALL OF THE DECK UNPAINTED.
Description of Work: RE-GROUTING AND CAULKING TILE FOR STANDING SHOWER IN MASTER BATH, EXHAUST FAN INSTALLATION FOR 1/2 BATH, ROTTEN WOOD REPLACEMENT FOR DECK, DECK PAINTING, GUTTER CLEANING, TRIMMED TREE AWAY FROM GUTTER AND ADDED ONE DRAIN SPOUT, AND CLEANED THE FRONT FLOWERBEDS.
