Bulwark Exterminating-Houston

I was previously a Terminix customer and not happy with their service or pricing. I did some research and found Bulwark was highly rated. I called to set up a consultation for rodent removal. I was extremely pleased with Bulwark and in particular the technician- Phillip- that came to our house. He was knowledgeable, professional and was able to explain everything to us in simple terms. I have since switched all of our Terminix services over to Bulwark as a result of Phillip’s visit.

Everything went well and Austin Cothron was a professional. I could tell he paid attention to what he was doing and prideful with his work. Lance Zachary was nice, informative, and helpful and took care of a bug problem I didn’t even know I had.

Ricco Mata came to my house to treat fire ants that I found inside my house. He was quick to diagnose the issue and set up baits to kill the ants. He was patient and did a great job explaining everything that he was doing. He had great customer service and took his time to address any concerns that I had. I appreciate all that Ricco did. As always, Bregman has been a delight to work with! He's extremely professional, efficient, kind, and has great humor! He always takes care of us, and I'm always grateful when Bulwark sends him our way. He is very thorough and is always patient and knowledgeable with all my questions.

I was notified ahead when Ashton was on his way, and while he was here he kept me informed. Because we had rain, he treated with granules. He touched base before leaving, and also let me know that he addressed the webs in the eaves. Ashton was friendly and professional.

I just got a treatment from Lance and he was exceptional. He made sure that i was aware that he was on the way, before starting treatment, and after treatment was completed. He was extra careful to avoid sensitive areas such as my vegetable garden and fruit trees. Lance was always responsive, courteous, and ensured that my gate was securely locked as he finished treatment. Thanks again Lance!

David was our technician. I have to say he is a regular to our house and a fantastic and knowledgeable person. He is always able to adapt to the situation whether it is raining for sunny outside. He recommends the best treatment for our needs and is always super friendly and courteous. We love Hang onthat he gives us a heads up and is able to text with us ahead of time so that we can let him know whether we are in or out and how to adapt the visit.
