No issues at all, it will probably take some time to verify results as we didn't get too many scorpions in the house. There are plenty of dead bugs and spiders around the baseboards now though. Time will tell on the scorpions. Hopefully we won't see one again while we keep treating.

It went very well! We definitely saw results after they sprayed and we’d use them again for sure. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use that Deal in the future as well as recommend it to others.

Their service is well worth the price. The area we're in has a lot of bugs. They have a guarantee, that any time you want them to come, if you have a contract, they'll come out at the next time your area pops up on their route. If there's anything that you need, they'll come out and respray. Our yard used to be filled with ants, and now we don't have any. We're very satisfied with their treatment. They put something inside the walls from the attic and it seeps through and kills everything from the inside out. So it's not like they're spraying all through the house and leaking out chemical fumes that aren't safe for children and pets. They put up preventive barriers more than spraying throughout the house. They've been effective. When we moved in, it was full of silver fish and a lot of ants. If you have something that you have more of, they'll focus on that. They'll come out whenever you need them.

They are usually on time and their service has been good overall. Our main concern was roaches that would occasionally get into the house. Their treatment is guaranteed for 60 days but on a few occasions we've had to call them to come back after finding more roaches in the house. Today I had to call them again after seing another one. This is the second time this happens since the last treatment which was done less than 60 days ago. The first time it took them a couple days to be back out. This time they are telling me to wait 6 days before someone comes back as they are fully booked. I am getting quite irritated with them. This kind of call should receive priority as they are the ones not honoring their word that the treatment will last for 60 days. For this reason we are thinking of switching companies.

Bulwark is very professional. The called me before the appointment and were sharply in time, impressive. The tech removed his shoes when entering the house without me having to mention it. I like that very much. I explained that I had seen mice droppings in the attic, but was not sure if they were still there. He throughly search the attic and placed mice traps throughout. Let me know where they were so that I could check on them. It has been over two months and no mice on the traps. The tech explained everything he was doing and what the possible side effects were. There was no smell int he house afterwards and I have noticed that there are no more ants or basically any pests around the house. I'm very happy with Bulwark and have signed up for their regular pest control service. I highly recommend them. The service fee is a little high, but they do not cheap out on the chemicals sprayed. He throughly sprayed the outside of the house.

The service went well. They did exactly what the deal stated. The technician did a nice job and did exactly what I needed done. I had no issues with scheduling and had no complaints with the service whatsoever.

It went fine. They want to continue a contract every so many months. I don’t know how long I will continue it. They came by but I wasn’t at home. I told them I’d prefer they come when I’m here so I can actually see what they do. I haven’t had any problems lately. They didn’t wait until I was home. It seemed a little pricey to me but I haven’t compared them to other exterminators. I guess they use good products. They were punctual about coming out so I can’t complain about that. I have no complaints too with professionalism. I’m still using them now but like I said, I don’t know how much longer I’ll use them. I’m going to use them again if I have a problem.

The service went pretty well. They are coming back for a follow up tomorrow. The technician was helpful, nice and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk with and happy to answer all of my questions. Scheduling went very smoothly.

Everything went very well. Everyone at Bulwark was professional. Mark Dern was great and courteous He addressed all my questions and concerns. He also explained in detail what was going to be done. I felt really comfortable with the services he provided inside and outside my home.

The technician was nice enough, just didn?t have the correct formula to make a difference. After the first few return visits, I called and spoke with Jamie, one of the managers, and told her we were still having the same problem and we needed a different solution. She agreed to get with her team and do something different. The same technician came back the following day with the same CAN of spray and just went over all the same areas more intensely. When I complained to him, he promised to come back again if this strength didn?t do anything and I said no, that was our last time doing the same thing. He left and the millipedes continued. Several days later, I called and talked with another manager (Greg) and asked for a partial refund (discount) for them not taking care of the problem adequately. He told me we already got the discount because of the ?deal? we bought and there would be no further discount. But he offered to send his technician back again and I refused. I felt like he didn?t hear me when I said his treatment wasn?t working. Not a good experience and not a good resolution as far as I?m concerned. Again, I would not recommend this company.

Did'nt work for my house. Moreover they try to lock you for yearly contract despite bad/ineffective service which I hated.

Gentleman was clean, well- presented, and professional. He was punctual and explained what he was going to do. When his inspection and installations were complete, he was thorough in his explanation and future obligations to fulfill this contract. I woyld guve hus servives,so far, an A+ and recommend him happily.

Overall a good job. I did not want the interior treated except around the piping and vents. Exterior treatment was a little bit of overkill. Too many pesticide granules in yard. But very professional and responsive. Better too much than too little.

I was able to get scheduled not too long after I bought the Big Deal and it went well. One tech showed up and was there for about 45 minutes. He offered me some good tips as well.

There was no affect after the service was done. Still see all kinds of insects, bugs, spiders..considering we have a baby and wanted to try and get rid of ac much as possible. However, everyday we see all kinds of spider and bugs we have to avoid. The serive they did not help.

We had been having an increasing issue with spiders over the last month and my wife is an arachnophobe so we decided to call the pros. The initial call for service went smoothly. Bulwark managed to get us service within 18 hours of the call! Evan W was our technician. He was great. He showed up with a smile right on time. He put on shoe covers and tried to keep things tidy while he worked. He was very friendly and explained what he was going to do before starting. I ask many questions and he answered all my questions. He seemed to do a thorough job although I have no previous experience with exterminators so I can't compare. I can't say if the treatment worked yet but I will update this if the treatment failed, otherwise you can assume it worked well.

As noted, it went well. I did not know what to expect insofar are time was concerned, but I felt that everything was done that I paid for with the coupon. I was especially impressed when I got the feedback about ants around my foundation. If I have any one concern is that I was offered a contract that I did not expect, but was told that because I am an Angie's List customer, I can cancel it at any time. I think that this is something (the process) the company should consider doing away with because it feels coercive, despite the exit caveat that is handwritten on the contract.

Initially when I called to schedule, the salesman who I spoke with told me they could do the work on a specific date I had requested. The technician who was scheduled to come out called and said that he couldn’t come out on that date. When I called them to cancel, they ended up being able to come out on the original date I had requested. After the treatment, I did have to have them come back out a couple of times. In the end, everything worked out fine. We now have them come out three times a year for pest control treatments.

He was here just today. I love him. They work with me really well, and they come back if I have an issue. I think the price is pretty fair for this area.

It went okay. They were very attentive to the questions I had and any concerns I had. We talked about that problem specifically. I thought they were very responsive. They are worth giving a try. I thought their price was a little expensive for what they did.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal. It went great; very well. They will come every 2 months.
