It went well. We haven't had any ants since they did the service.

It was good. I bought a deal from them. I have no complaints. I contacted them to make the appointment. They came right on time. They performed all the service and it was good. They didn’t spray the whole house.

I had a fire ant infestation in a downstairs bathroom and in the kitchen, and chose the Angie's List deal from Bulwark for full preventative interior and exterior pest control treatment. Response was slow, and because of a system breakdown, the technician did not arrive during the morning 9-12 window, and there was no phone call to explain the delay. Once the technician arrived, in early afternoon, he was courteous, professional and efficient. The treatment has worked well. And I've had two follow up phone calls to check on the effectiveness. I will continue to use Bulwark.

They were wonderful. I had absolutely no complaints. They already came out to treat and they are coming back out. I explained what I saw and the guy knew what kind of bug it was. It is $75 a quarter. I have no basis for comparison on the price. I have an ongoing agreement with them.

They are very good. I've used them for the past 3 years. I have been very pleased with the service. They are very customer oriented and they listen well. When there is an issue in the house, they always come for free interior service. So far, it has been good. The last service was actually free. They did another service the week before and it was $70. I haven't done any research to compare their prices. The quality has been good. Whenever I have an issue, I call. They usually give a timeframe on when they are coming.

They did fine. I had one visit and they try to schedule another one but I've been out of town quite a bit lately. What they want to do is they will come every other month for maintenance. The owner that I talked over the phone seem to be a good guy and professional. I was really pleased with the technician who came into my house. I think his name was Mike. I was really pleased with the attitude, level of professionalism, and the work that he did. I'm pretty happy so far.

They did really well. It was a guy that came in and did the work for me. They scheduled it. He said he has like a 2-hour window to get here. He came within that 2-hour window. So far, it has been looking good. I haven't seen the pests that I had been seeing. They offered a follow up service to go and exterminate every few months. It's something I will probably continue to purchase from them because I do appreciate their professionalism and their timeliness even though they were a little at the end of the 2-hour window, but they were in that scheduled time frame.

I've used them once and it was fine.

It was okay. It was one of Angie’s List specials. They said that now that they have done the service, we have to take this other service and we’re going to be committed for another year or every two months. We said “no” and we want to see how this works. We had to do some talking to tell them "no" and we’re just getting the special. Few weeks later, the boss called and said that we have to take the other thing. I said “no” that’s not the deal. I felt that it was nothing but a come on. They didn’t come back out. Finally, we did agree but we had to debate with them. They felt that by taking the Angie’s special, we were committing to having them permanently. That is not what we wanted. They were pushy. It was the first time I had ever taken one of your special and I would never do it again. The first guy was pushy enough but we thought he was just a guy out there but when the boss called and just insisted, it was irritating. I have no problem with their service at all. The service was fine. It was just the sales pitch that I had to go through. They did the work professionally. They came on time. I had no complaints with them except for the sales pitch. They were on time. I probably would have not gotten that except for the fact that it was one of Angie’s List special.

Staff was professional and thorough. I was so impressed that I fed the crew and made them fancy coffee :-)

the person was punctual as scheduled. did work quickly and efficiently. I have not noticed any pests since the treatment. He took extra care and explanation since I have dog and he wanted to assure me it was safe.

We were having problems with sugar ants and other bugs in our house so we decided to call Bulwark Exterminating. They were able to set up an appointment with us right away and were at our house the following Saturday to do the work. Tyler is the tech that came to do the work. He was on time and even called ahead of time to make sure we were home. He was courteous and professional. He found ant colonies that I didn't even know existed on the outside of the house and took care of them for us. I am pleased with the service and would recommend Bulwark Exterminating and Tyler to anyone.

It was the first time that I used them. Professionalism was really great. The guy who came out was very professional and very amiable. It was effective the first time but they will come again and re-treat. I cannot rate the quality yet. There were some issues with the punctuality but it was not the technicians fault. I actually signed up for a quarterly treatment with them.

Brody came out and was professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and went through each room and the entire perimeter outside, even sweeping the eaves and porch overhangs. He was very careful with the 3 dogs. They also called to follow up and have given me a 60 day warranty. Very impressed with Brody the tech and the company as a whole.

I purchased a Big Deal. That was all I wanted, but it was all about getting me to sign a contract for continued service that I didn't want. I understand the need to let customers know what is available, but not to push it on them. I wasn't impressed with the service. They were not near as thorough spraying my house as my old pest control company who I've since gone back to.

Purchased a Big Deal for exterminaton services as a few ants have been seen in the house. Just needed some professional assistance so I can maintain longer term. The company was quick to respond and setup a service call within my schedule and assured me there is no ongoing contract. The service call arrival was setup between 10am-12pm, they showed up at 12:10pm or so. Pretty good ontime, though a phone call letting me know they were on the way would have been a nice extra. But not 100% necessary. The technician was very polite, easy going with the yappy dogs. He seemed to go through the house, attic and garage and get all the corners and spaces as the ad specified. Would definitely use this company for pest control needs, when needed. The overall B rating is because the company is assuming service every 2 months, I have to tell them not to provide service when they call to notify they will be out. Only the Big Deal was purchased, nothing else. I would prefer a company to ask if service is needed/wanted, not to just assume to send someone unless otherwise specified. Too much of a hard sell. Again, great company. Good service. Haven't seen any ants, spiders or other creepy crawly's for days. Would definitely hire again as needed. Just needs to back off on the bi-monthly service; that is expensive and does not fit everyone's budget.

We used the coupon on Angie's List. They were very professional, and the treatment seems to be working. There was no hard sell to set up return service. We will be using them again.

Went well, seen no bugs since. They followed up also.

I wish I had his card with me so I could give you his name but the gentelman was very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job answering our questions and promptly came back in a few days to do the work. He has been with the company many years and we felt confident in his assessment and in the product he installed. We have a maintenance contract with them so we will continue to receive service as they check our bait system. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

Stacey came on time and did an excellent job. bugs stayed dying pretty fast.

They came out twice. They first came out and then we complained that there was no difference and we still had mosquitoes around, so they came back to do it again. The job turned out good overall. I would recommend them. My husband was happy with the price. I thought that maybe my expectations were too high, and we still see mosquitoes. We called them and they came out right away to figure it out. The punctuality was excellent.

It's hard to tell, I wasn't noticing insects in the yard or house before the application and I'm not noticing insects now

They are coming for quarterly treatments and they have come out twice now. The service has been good. They treat the exterior and interior. It was a good experience.

Mark showed up on time, was professional, and answered all my questions. We can go outside at night now with the porch light on and not get eaten alive, or risk bugs coming in the house when the door gets opened. We haven't seen any wasps around anymore either.

It was fine. They killed the bugs. They were on time. The price was good.
