To honest everything went wrong. Evan the tech DIDNOT show at the proper time due to the rain. That was understandable. Second he called into the office and said I was not at home. That was not the truth. I called into Bulwark told them I needed to reschedule do to the rain. I was told at Bulwark Evan said I was not at home. REALLY. Bulwark came back out as promised to redo what Evan was to do from the beginning. The new techs DID an "EXCELLENT JOB", The ant beds were spot treated with a chemical that can not be mixed with the additional treatment I was paying extra. "Top Choice" I still had a problem the: "Fire Ant" They got worst.. Bulwark was to come out on another day and treated the entire yard with Top Choice. That NEVER HAPPENED. Update: I received a call today February 5, 2015 from Eric Nitzsche (Quality Control with Bulwark) he said they will come back in the spring, April 2015 to rectify my fire-ant problem. NO CHARGE... What a pleasant surprise. I will update my ratings on Bulwark once the work promised is done in April. Eric has definitely gone that extra mile. Thank you Bulwark Exterminating C. Plair

Everything went well. There isn’t much hassle about them. They are always prompt and they always sending notice that they are going to arrive at a time and if they expect to be late, they always call or send me a message.

They arrived on time. Got rid of the bugs. They're accounting system is not as efficient as the exterminator. We got several bills in the mail after the fact.

I was very pleased with the service. It was easy to make the appointment and they were on time. They followed up after the visit to make sure I didn't have anymore ants. I would recommend and use them again!

Initial scheduling was not handled well and took 2 weeks with no call after purchase of coupon. I had to call in to schedule and was very pleased how the call was handled, communication failure recognized, and prompt response to schedule technician. I was notified by technician when we was going to arrive and first service was very good. Signed up for bi-monthly maintenance and I'm very pleased with text messaging for notification of schedule and being able to change schedule by text. Keep up the good work!

It turned out fine. He was on time. There was just one guy that came and did everything. He didn't charge me anything extra.

I recently moved and had such good and responsive service with Bulwark that I continued with them at the new house. All of their service providers are very professional and neat in appearance, very polite too! I sure wish the provider that came out to the previous address came to my new house though, he was extremely helpful and answered all my questions when I first started using Bulwark. Wish Bulwark was set up to bill and pay on line though......maybe someday.

The service from Bulwark Exterminating of Houston turned out fine. They were great to work with. I didn't really interface with them at all besides email. They were able to stay within the 75 dollars big deal purchase price, it was right there. They were just very easy to work with, that was just pretty simple. They did great. The cost was good. The quality of the service that they provided was great. I think they were good with the punctuality also. I think they followed up back with me when the service was completed. I don't need that service anymore but if needed I would consider using them again in the future. I probably wouldn't use them again just because the circumstances are different.

They are very good with their services. I have not had any issues since hiring this company to do recurring service calls every few months.

Provider was on time and did the work professionally, followed up couple weeks later to show how its working, he suggested there is a 30 day warrant and did couple follow up calls to get it right, good people to work with and will definitely use them again.

I thought the service went well at first. They immediately offered a contract and I was okay with signing up for that. I knew I did not have to sign the contract but I did not appreciate them contracting me right off the bat. I originally contacted them to take care of an ant issue in the kitchen. The ants have not gone away just yet. I have not contacted them back yet about that because I have been very busy. It did take a little while to schedule the deal because our schedules conflicted. I had very little interaction with the technician but he seemed to be doing what he was supposed to. He was very thorough and spent about 30 minutes on the job.

They came out and treated us. They followed up with a phone call. They’ve been out twice since. They’ve been responsive and followed up. However, we have found fire ants outside and sugar ants in the pantry.

That was good except they wanted to do automatic treatments and we had some issues with that.

We had been having issues with ants in our kitchen/pantry. Bulwark exterminated inside and outside. They said it would take a few days for the ants to take the bait back to the nest and at that time we'd see them start to disappear. They said to call if we still had ants a week later. We did still have ants a week later, so I called and they came back out and treated the area again. The ants were gone within a few more days. They were very professional. We received several follow-up calls to see if we were satisfied.

Bulwark Exterminating was punctual, professional and passionate about ridding our house of insects and spiders. They treated the yard for fire ants; they were VERY effective! I can work and play with my grandson in the grass without constantly checking our feet for ants. Bulwark's price is very reasonable and we can get a bi-monthly service plan without signing a contract. I will definitely recommend them to friends.

Everyone at Bulwark has been professional and shown integrity. We took advantage of Bulwark's service plan which is a great because they treat the exterior every other month. We have had a positive experience.

When I called the office, asking to confirm that I wanted to change to quarterly service, I was asked to speak to a sales representative. Then I was told they were all busy. Sensing that I was being given the run around, I asked them to cancel my service. Within a few days, we found more live tree roaches in the house. The fire ants in the yard had spread. Although I had been assured that I could call Bulwark to have them come out again to re-treat the house and yard, I decided that it would be a wast of time.

I have been using Bulwark for about 3 years. Their service started out OK; they were never able to control my ant problem, especially outside. About a year ago, I caught them falsely billing me for a service they did not do. I was actually at home that day, and the only time the technician got out of his truck was to place the bill on my door. When I confronted Bulwark (over the phone because I didn't catch the thief to question him), they said that they would check their GPS system and chemical usage to confirm my story. A few weeks later, they had to admit that they could not retrieve any useful data (either GPS or inventory). I should have stopped their service right then, but I forgave them and agreed to the continue their service, as long as it was scheduled while I am home. Now I get to why I am cancelling them today. Last week I scheduled a follow up treatment because their last treatment triggered some really bad ant activity inside my house. We could not leave any food on any of our kitchen counters or ants would be on it in minutes. I called Bulwark to schedule this follow up last week and the earliest I could get was this Saturday. I guess they think most of us are sitting at home on weekdays. The best they could give was a 4 hour window (12 - 4), so we basically wrote off the entire day. Well, they never showed and when I called Bulwark up to see what happened, they said we weren't on their schedule. While I was on hold I noticed they brag about their GPS... LOL. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. I see a lot of positive remarks for this company, but I would not recommend them. Things go wrong from time to time, but my patience is very thin for this outfit since I already gave them a Big second chance. If you have an ant problem, don't call these guys. They could never fix my ant issues (inside or outside).
