It went very well. I have no complaints.

This was a $69 big deal purchase. I was very unhappy with them. The first guy that came out did not even move stuff around and sprayed stuff all over our belongings. I called and complained about that. Plus we saw bugs again right away. So they came back out a second time and re-sprayed a little bit, but then they kept sending me and calling me with these notices that said they were coming again. I told them no and that I never purchased repeat service. I asked them to please take me off their calling list. It took me forever to get those people to stop calling me. I would definitely not use Bulwark again because their sales department does not talk to anybody else and they don't seem to communicate. The person they sent out seemed very inexperienced and did not even move boxes away from the wall. He just sprayed on top of them and the boxes were open because we had just moved. So he sprayed stuff on top of some of my personal belongings. I was not happy. It really irritated me that they kept calling trying to schedule more service. They just don't pay attention to you. I think he showed up, more or less, when he was supposed to. My advice to others is to make sure they are really clear with them about what they are willing to commit to and watch them while they are there.

They did fine. It didn't seem to be all that effective. They were happy to do the re-spraying but it still wasn't that effective. They could have done a more effective treatment.

Appointment set up promptly. Explained procedure and maerials to be used.. Showed up on tme. Gone in a short time with no residual oder. Wud reccomend for sure.

It costs $80 every time they come. I had requested a different technician and they finally responded to what I was asking them to do. On the last visit the person they sent was the person I wanted to service my home and he is now doing so. Going forward I am expecting them to be A level. My lower grades had to do with the person they previously had servicing my home.

It turned out okay. I was pleased with it. They weren't able to take care of the pests. They were out here quickly.

What makes them stand out is they make follow up calls to make sure that a quality service was provided.

Prompt and professional . They followed up to see if we needed a second round if ants were still there .

They came for silverfish, mice and did a full inside and outside service. I was very pleased. They were very professional and didn't pressure me for any additional services. Excellent follow up.

They've done a great job over the last year for me. I've had to call them back out a couple of times when wasps built nests after their monthly treatment and they came out promptly. I highly recommend them.

I'm not sure everything was done that was explained over the phone. I don't like the bait traps since I have a dog. I'll have to watch her very carefully to prevent poisoning.

We have always had quarterly pest control service but decided to try Bulwark through Angie's list deal.We were pleased and would use this service again . The price was reasonable. Our miniature schnauzer had no problems with the spray that was used.

The technician was fantastic. Josh was detail oriented and was one of those people who does the right thing when no ones watching. He sprayed inside and out and also applied some dusting in the walls in key areas. I would highly recommend their service and glad I found out about them on Angie's List as someone new to the Houston, TX area.

It wasn't adequate. There was no additional cost.

It was good. They came out about a week after I purchased the coupon. There were no additional charges the first time. The service is like every two months. So, it's another $69 every two months. They did a pretty good job. But, it's just a nature of the insecticide that we have to repeat the process every two months. Their service was good. They even came back. We still had some insects. So, they came back and redid some of the areas where they did not do it earlier. Overall, it was okay. I would probably tell friends or family to try them once and see if they're comfortable. I would recommend them.

Great. We interviewed four different companies and Bulwark stood out from the beginning. They really focused on educating us and answering questions. Much better service than a 'spray the baseboards and go away' company, and at the same price. Very pleased.

Zackary Wolfe was the technician dispatched. He was professional and courteous. He answered the questions I had and provided direction for future service if needed. I am satisfied with the delivery of service and now just look forward to not seeing any bugs following the treatment.

They have been great. We got a 90 day guarantee and they have been back a few times to spray on the outside for ants and such. I would highly recommend them. Their communication with us has been awesome. They sprayed the inside of our house once and the outside a few times.

I had cancelled service, but it took a few calls to quit getting billed, but was resolved.

The technician was prompt, professional and very courteous.

They said every electrical wall plate would be removed and treated and the exterior weep holes treated. Not a single wall plate was removed or weep hole treated. They advertised a price of 69.00 but then added a surcharge of $21.00 on top of the original price. We've had more ants and spiders after the treatment than before.

I bought the 69.00 especial in Angies's list. They were meant to come on a Friday from 9 to 12, they never showed up. When I called, they said they didnt have my address or phone number, which I cannot understand since I add them again when I made my purchase. Then they promised to come back sometime before 2 and 5. They never showed uo. They called me and missed the call, when I all back, no response and voice mail was full. Called the office and they said no idea where the technician was. Called again, scheduled service for a 3rd time to be performed Monday at 8, only later if there was a problem. Called and again they said no idea what was happening. Eventually technician shows at 10:30, doesn't do the garage and leaves OPEN traps in patio without telling me (a danger for pets and children). Called to complain. They sent again the same technician, who really had no idea what he was doing. Kind of did the garage, gave me misinformation and removed the traps. And refused to put me in touch with a supervisor. People on the phone are super polite but that;s not enough. I will never use them again. UPDATE FEBRUARY 2016: After several months, provider contacted me and offered me a refund, which I did receive.
