It went very well. They are very good at communicating.

We have been with Bulwark for almost 10 years now, and in that time have only had 2 different technicians. Charlie is our current tech and we love him. I like knowing who's at my door. We have a rapport. He's alway very nice and professional. We never have a bug problem inside the house but sometimes we have recurring ants in the yard. I mean, it's Texas, that happens. But they are on it as soon as I call. We get solicitors at the door all the time trying to get us to change pest control providers. I politely tell them that Bulwark and Charlie have been loyal to me and I'm gonna be loyal to them. Their rate is competitive and their service is fantastic and I don't have bugs so score!

Work was performed as expected and follow up from the company was very good. The only negative was the technician who did not seem all that professional. Updated review due to follow up. They are very responsive to customer feedback and value customer opinions, They have stepped above what is expected to ensure the experience is professional and positive. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience. To see someone take the time to ask me questions as to my issues and inform me of the different types of bugs here in Texas. I know that seems trivial to some but I was worried with the different issues you here about with the bugs here and what they might carry. Matt did a great job reassuring me if I had any further concerns he would come out here for no charge .Great deal guys!

Awesome company to work with! great service the guys always come when they are scheduled. Followup visits are N/C. Had a hard time getting rid of mice in my attic but Bulwark kept coming back, checking traps and putting down bait. I really could not have asked for any better service

It went okay after we negotiated the price.

They were gonna come out every two months but the price was like you got to be kidding me for just coming around bugstering. I have negotiated but probably no. Because he came and we waited and waited for the time and then he didn't even tell us that he left. That would have been nice to know cause we were like so upstairs thinking he's so downstairs doing his thing.

I was able to make an appointment in just a few days after having an ant invasion in the kitchen. They came, they explained everything that was to be done and worked for quickly. Will certainly have them back.

Charles was very kind and did excellent job! I highly recommended this company. Good communication with charles.

I purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List. The guy came out, and did a good job spraying. I had no issues with that. They wanted me to sign up for an extended contract. I decided to not go with this, because I did not get information I needed to sign the contract (Price, time period, etc.). When the guy came out, and did the spraying he was here for a while. He did a good job.

Great! Albert was very prompt, friendly, and helpful. He arrived right on time for the appointment and was very prompt and diligent. He was also very helpful at telling what the best kind of service going forward was for our house which was more tailored to our needs versus the sales guy on the phone giving a general pitch.

I've spent over $600.00 on other pest removal companies and all they did was try to hurry out the door after they collected the money, and ask for more. Nathan from BULWARK EXTERMINATING told me how bad the problem was and scheduled a follow-up visit 7 days from today for FREE. He baited the pests, and the treatment is good for all bugs...spiders, fleas, cockroaches, fire-ants, and almost every kind of bug you have. The roaches were falling dead to the floor as he went about with the spray and bait. NO OTHERS HAVE DONE THIS! To me one of the BEST things is that the bug-poison won't hurt my dogs and cat. Outside I have ducks and it won't harm them either. He also sprayed the walls outside to keep any more bugs from coming in to our home. My wife and I are in Social Security, but we can afford to budget $80.11 every-other month. From what I have seen on this initial visit, I don't see why ANYONE couldn't afford $1.34 a day for their home to be BUG FREE. I am going to budget $40.06 a month out of my grocery allowance and trust God to fill my cup-boards and freezer.

Great! Technician was on time and polite. He explained the process and was finished in less than 30 minutes.

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained all of the services in a way that made sense to me. He made sure to use granules on my yard instead of a liquid spray since there was a high chance of rain for the day. He explained that for if any reason we needed any assistance in between scheduled visits that they would come out again at no additional charge. I have used other pest control companies but I fell like I get the best customer service with this company.

Very well. I was very impressed with the job that was done and the nice attitude of the gentleman that came to do the job. He even took the time to explain things about other measures that could be done and was very easy to talk to.

The service technician dos not come per the scheduled appointment. He was a bit hurried up. Also did it take care of all the items listed in the service checklist. Not happy with the service

The person did as was explained to me, however, the scheduled date was for Wednesday, 6/7/2016 not Tuesday 6/6/2016, the day they came. The time agreed to was for between 10-noon, and he cam at 8:15am on 6/6/2016 (a day early). I had people in bed, still sleeping and was not prepared with moving items out of the way. Very dissatisfied with the poor scheduling as requested. I paid for this through Angie's List but I had to call twice to make sure they had received the info and to get this scheduled . Which as already stated, did not happen as requested and confirmed when talking to them. Will not use again...

Their prices are in line with everyone else. You are not here when they do their work, you just have to trust them. There have been instances where we still have pests. I've never assumed that they did something wrong or didn't do something. They applied a different pest control or spray. I've been working with them about a year. I have had some communication issues with them for scheduling appointments and things like that. They are professional. They are well presented and their vehicles are nice and clean.

I called the company to help get rid of the rats in my attic. They told me they could also spray my house for insects as well for the same price. I said okay. The first trip to the house was suppose to be taking care of the outside and do the inside and then they would take care of the attic for the rats. The man came and sprayed the outside of the house and when he was starting to leave my husband asked him what about the attic. The man said he did not know any thing about doing the attic. He did leave a black box the company uses for rats and left it in the garage. When I called the office, I asked about the attic and was he suppose to do the inside of the house for insects. They said yes. I told them what happened and they said he was suppose to do what I thought was to be done. They said his papers told him what he was suppose to do. They said they were sorry for the miscommunication and they would get someone out to the house as soon as possible. They would have to call me back to give me the time and day. When I finally got off work I had to call them back to see when I would get someone out to my house. The man I ended up talking to did not know I was suppose to have someone call me about another trip to my house. He then set up a time for me and let me know how sorry he was for the miscommunication. The man was suppose to come back between the hours of 4 to 7 and he would call before he came over. The day he was scheduled to come he came at noon and there was no call before coming. He put two black boxes in the attic and then he left. I called back again to let the office know he still never sprayed the inside of the house. They again apologized for the man and would get someone out to my house, but, the only opening he had was in 7 days. I said no. He then transferred me to someone else and that man was able to find someone to come in 3 days. The man who came was named Ron and he was very nice. I told him what happened and he was nice enough to spray the outside again as well as take care of the inside of the house and he checked the attic and the box in the garage and explained to me about how the boxes worked. He was on time and also in the time frame he was suppose to be in. I am unhappy about how long it took to get it right and I am also unhappy about no offer of a discount or anything to make me feel better. The apologizes were fine at first but it took too many times for someone to come and get it right. I am going to see how I feel about this company when they come for their check up visit in a month.

They were great to work with, very flexible and did a great job. I ended up using them multiple times after this initial service.

Very thorough in where they sprayed and conscientious enough to ask which rooms were to be avoided.
