I am updating my previous review which was an F. The representative contacted me and was very nice and professional. They apologized for sending my account to a collection agency. After speaking with them they told me they had contacted the collection agency and removed my account. They had to pay the $15 collection charge themselves which I felt was appropriate. I am very happy with their response and handling of this matter. Also, after learning more about how their service works I am willing to concede that the lack of effectiveness I noted was most probably due to the fact that I only had one treatment and not a series of treatments as they recommend. Overall I am happy with their response and would try them again if needed

They were very helpful in providing the service and letting me know about other solutions that can help resolve the further issues.

After mis-communication and delay of initial treatment schedule, the company installed the treatment stations and also reached out offering compensation for the trouble, which shows the professionalism of a good service company.

Tech was informative, friendly and responsive. Removed quite a bit of nests.

The house was treated upstairs and downstairs, plus the perimeter of the home. We have not seen any ant or spider activity since the treatment.

We have hardly seen a bug since! They contacted us right away to set things up, were super responsive and professional, and did a great job. They even came back to do a free follow up, just to make sure we stay bug free.

We love Charlie! He came to get rid of all our bugs. He's so professional, Very thorough and I love that he follows up with us- he's always asking us if there's anything else we need. Seriously the best we've ever had!

Extremely well. Technicians were on time, extremely professional and even returned a few days later to inspect and retreat some areas because we'd had heavy rain. Office followed up on two separate occasions after that to ensure we were satisfied - which we were. We signed up for their annual plan.

Our experience with Bulwark was a little over a year ago, but we moved shortly after to an apartment and due to the busy move I forgot to write a review at that time but to this day I stay in contact with Charlie Arrott who was our tech and got us signed up. He is my go to bug expert. The last time I caught up with him I realized that since he's been such a huge help to me it is about time I get this review out. On the first visit he came out on scheduled time which is always a positive start. Me being a curious fellow I asked if I could watch what he does and he was more than happy to have me follow him while he did his work and allow me to ask all sorts of questions about the chemicals he was using and how they work to kill and prevent future bug appearances. His humble and friendly way about him made it easy to engage in questions and he was also knowledgeable enough to answer all the questions. It seemed his number one goal was to make his customer happy and satisfied and I appreciated that kind of service. Bulwark is also great because if for whatever reason you see bugs in between services all you have to do is call them up and they are quick to respond without paying extra money. When I get a house again I will be using Bulwark and recommend Charlie Arrott.

I purchased their service based on Angies list promotion "$199 for a Termite Treatment Including Warranty". Here is my experience working with this company: 1st appointment: one termite station installed, the technician indicated that driller broke down and needed to go back to office to schedule another appointment 2nd appointment scheduled, no one showed up, no call from office. Called back and scheduled 3rd appointment, again, postponed, and no one showed up. 4th appointment scheduled, same result. 5th appointment scheduled, no one showed up, I ended up get their manager on the line and a technician showed up finally. The technician installed termite stations to finish the job, and then told me that I have to pay for continuation warranty, or they will remove all the stations just installed. This is not clearly stated in the order I purchased! Basically if you choose not to continue the warranty, you will be paying $199 for NOTHING! Overall, this is a horrible experience! I don't know how a rated A company can behave so unprofessionally.

Fine. Treatment in the house and all around the yard and the garage. Told me to call if we saw any problems. We did, twice, fire ants. They came back and treated the yard again at no extra charge.

I had called Bulwark last night regarding a concern with recurring spiders. They assigned a new tech (KALON \"KJ\") to address the issue. Kalon called me to see if I wanted him to come earlier than the set appointment as he had an open window of time. I said sure! He arrived introducing himself with a contagious smile. It\'s quite evident that he has a passion for what he does and that same passion is equivalent to his abundant knowledge. Kalon takes pride in educating his customers on the measures they take to address customers concerns and reasons behind it. He is very thorough in his work and I must say Bulwark is definitely lucky to have him as the face of the company. It\'s because of people like Kalon that I will continue to retain Bulwork\'s services.

Very well. No more insects in house and they returned, free of charge, to finish off red ant infestation. Chad Dear performed the service, communicated with us about arrival times and work done.

I have used Bulwark for several months and they have done a great job with eliminating and preventing pests. Chad Dear has been my primary tech, and he is always professional, punctual and explains the service that is being provided.

Excellent. They made an appointment for the same week. This was a little over a month ago. Chad came and explained what needed to be done then sprayed the yard and injections in the house so my grandchildren would not be affected. Had to return twice for fire ants, but now they seem under control. Have signed up for monthly treatments until we are sure everything is gone! Found them on Angie's List and am very pleased.

I bought a deal for a termite inspection and installation of bait stations around my house. A date was scheduled for the inspection and stations to be installed. That afternoon, I was called by the technician (Stacey) and told that he broke his auger on his last job, and would have to come another day. Another day was scheduled, and Stacey came to the house and installed all but two of the stations, saying one of the guys must have gotten into his box of bait stations, as he was two stations short. He said he would come back the next day and install them…but he did not. I ended up speaking with someone at the company, and they were going to have Stacey come back out to finish installing the last two stations, and inspect the inside of the house, which he had failed to do previously. Because I have two big dogs, someone had to be at the house when he arrived, so 3 days were spent waiting for someone to show up and complete the job. Stacey came back out the next Saturday, and I waited while he installed the last two stations. Unfortunately, I didn’t wait outside in the front with him because when I went out to see when he would be finished so he could inspect the inside, he was gone. He had installed the last two stations, but one of them in front of my garden in the front yard was about 4 inches above the ground, and the interior home inspection still hasn’t been done. I called Bulwark Exterminating AGAIN, and told them to just come get the bait stations and refund the money I paid for the deal. I was told that I should receive my refund the next week, and Stacey was scheduled to come out the next Saturday to pick up the stations. Not surprisingly, he never showed up. When I called...again…Derrick at Bulwark scheduled the technician to come out to pick up the bait stations on 11.02.16. I requested a technician other than Stacey, because he seemed to have a hard time completing a job. Not only did Bulwark send Stacey, but he was late. After the bait stations were removed, none of the holes that were dug for placement of the bait stations were filled, so I now have about ten good sized holes in my yard that I will have to fill myself. I was also told by Derrick that, because I bought an Angie’s List deal, Bulwark could not refund my money, and that it would have to be done by Angie’s List. I never received an answer as to why I was told Bulwark would refund the money, and was given an approximate date that I should receive the check, if that was not the case.

Although we got off to a rough start, due mostly to interactions with initial technician, things have gone significantly better since. We are satisfied with current level of service.

The first time they came out they did a preventative treatment all around the house and doorways and windows. I did have to have them come out a second time to treat since I was still seeing the bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. They were easy to work with happy to make a second trip which I appreciated. After 2nd treatment, I have not seen bugs since.

They didn't eliminate the bugs. The problem was still visible two weeks after they left.

Horrible experience with appointment scheduling, punctuality, and communication.
