1. My appointment was scheduled for between 10:00 and Noon. At 1:00 p.m. I called the office and was told that someone would be here in the afternoon because there was another job scheduled for the afternoon. Note that no one bothered to call me to tell me about the change. 2. The young man who came was very nice and told me he would take care of the carpenter ants and check for termites. Because of allergies, I asked him NOT to treat the inside as we had no problems inside. He did not let me know when he had completed the work or if he had found any sign of termites. He just left. A few days later I received a bill for $54.13 for the carpenter ant treatment, which I paid. Whatever he used for the ants did not work, as we saw them again the next day along the same trail as before. I did not call the company back and would not call them again. Customer service by their technician did not meet my standards.

Bulwark contacted on the same day that I made the Angie's List purchase to set up an appointment. They readily set an appointment to meet my schedule. The technician was dressed in a company uniform and was respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. He was very thorough, spent a good amount of time treating, and encouraged us to call as soon as we saw any pests. Bulwark has followed up at least twice since then regarding the treatment encouraging us to call as soon as we see pests re-emerge.

Good, except that the spray dried white on my paint, so wherever in the house that the spray touched the colored wall paint and not the white baseboards, I had to go around with a cloth and clean it to remove the white stain. Since I have 10 foot ceilings, it was a pain when I had to clean spots 9.5 feet high. I am still finding spots over a month later. Which is a shame, because they were professional and timely. But they should know better than to use spray that dries white on colored wall paint...

The exterminator did a good job, efficient and quick.

I really liked the service, the technician name Carson Wells was vey professional, had a lot of knowledge about the product, treatment, was very nice and I would recommend this service to anyone.

Got a Angie's List deal. Two guys came from Bulwark Exterminating - one did the inside of the house and the other sprayed down the outside. Was offered annual maintenance contract but declined because of house being on the market. Service was fast and efficient and both guys seemed to know what they were doing. Would recommend to others.

This company is a joke. When I signed up, I was informed they come out every 60 days versus 90 days because products tend to break down. My family owns a pest control company (granted in a different city from where I live hence why I didn't use them) and that company, including any other company I've used has always recommended quarterly. I think this is a ploy to get more money of you. The technician didn't show up. I called before they closed and they unfortunately couldn't get a hold of him and asked if I wanted to reschedule. While I was on the phone with customer service, my call waiting beeped and when I switched over, it was another rep from the company telling me that the tech was 15 minutes away so I told them to go ahead and send him. While the tech was there, I got a voicemail from the company stating that they were sorry they couldn't get anyone out and to call them back to either reschedule or address the account. When the tech arrived, he gave me a piece of paper to sign that stated they would come out every other month for a term of a year. I told them I wasn't signing that because: 1) I wanted to see how this service went and 2) I was told there was no contract. He said, "Well they say that because we don't charge anything if you want to cancel." The tech also told me that he would be spraying the baseboards. I personally don't care if they spray the baseboards but when I scheduled the appointment, the scheduler said, "We are different than other pest control companies since we don't spray baseboards since we treat the entry points." OK? The next day, I called and asked to cancel the account. The supervisor did offer 50% off my next service but I was not interested. She then stated that they would cancel my service without additional fees. I said, "I hope so since when I signed up I was told there was no contract." They do get good reviews and a colleague of mine loves them so maybe they are for some people but I will not be using them again.

It went great! They were a little late on arriving within the given time frame, but they did a thorough job. I would hire them again.

The technician arrived about half an hour later than schduled, but was very courteous. During scheduling there is pressure to sign you up for ongoing treatment. I didn't appreciate that.

Mike Costello with Bulwark has been servicing (pest control) our property for aprox. 2 years now. He is the most friendly, professional, and attentive rep I've dealt with. He listens to all our concerns, treats them as if it was his property and has no problems on re-visting if we see any further issues. He advices on any special situations that we may have so that we have the most cost-effective solution. He really does care about his customers. We even chit chat about our children!

Extremely well - after the first visit I signed them up to come in on a regular basis. Probably one of the most customer-service oriented companies I've dealt with in a long time. Their work is extremely thorough and they come back at no charge to double check if there's been a particular problem you are concerned with (in our case fire ants and sugar ants). They always call ahead and techs are very polite and knowledgeable.

After moving to Texas from Michigan we learned how important it was to have a regular exterminating service. We signed up with Bulwark and have been very satisfied. Mike Costello is our technician and he is AMAZING! He is extremely professional, an excellent communicator, and very thorough. The company is very easy to work with and I would recommend Bulwark to anyone looking for a highly professional and thorough exterminating company.

Real well. Our tech (Andre Martell) was professional, friendly and explained about everything he was doing and the products used. I like that the products are eco and pet friendly.

They already sprayed the interior and looks as though they did a great job. The billing and scheduling department are great as well. this company has great communication.

KJ was the technician from Bulwark and arrived at the agreed time. He explained the process and I shared my issues in relations to bugs. He spent around 40 minutes inside and out inspecting and spraying the house. He also explained the call back service should the pests continue to be a problem. Overall it was a good purchase.
