Bulwark sent Mike Costello to do the service. He was thorough, professional, and super nice. The one-time service was a little expensive, but it includes a followup in a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend Mike and Bulwark for your pest control needs.

We can see some improvement. I went in the back yard with shorts and short sleeves and got no bites. We are overall pleased but will be talking to them to see if they can do better.

Very quick response and professional service. Cody Conklin did a decent job to cover every details inside and outside the house with professional and patient answer to our questions.

Called and setup an initial treatment and bi-monthly service, they were nice on the phone. When the day came I received no call, had to call them twice, tech was not feeling well but it's a good thing I called to check and see where they were cause they never called me. Only after sitting on hold did I find out he wasn't feeling well and decided to call it quits before my appointment. I understand that things happen, heads up would have been nice. They did offer a discount but with the lack of communication I didn't feel good about continuing with them. Happy to pay more for better communication. That said office staff was very polite,

Mike Costello is great. He is always on time, professional and knowledgeable.

Mike Costello has provided excellent service. He got rid of ants that other exterminators said we would just have to deal with. He came out immediately when I called in a panic about pantry moths, treated for them, and did a follow up to make sure the treatment was working. He has sprayed for wasps and mosquitos. We rarely see any bugs of any kind and, if we do, he comes out to treat for them as soon as I call.

They had a scheduled appointment but were understaffed in our area for the time, so they brought Ochuan Bouie in - all the way from Houston - just to cover the appointments for the day. Nicely done, Bulwark. In addition, he was great! He went out of his way to knock and give me some helpful tips on the types of wasp nests that he found and which ones to really watch out for; which is great to know with children around. Thank you for your efforts!

We have been using Bulwark exterminating for our periodic preventive pest control. They are absolutely fabulous, especially Lee. He has come to perform the services on multiple occasions and at all times his services were extremely professional and thorough. He is very pleasant and friendly to talk to as well. The company is very prompt in scheduling and accommodating in rescheduling. They send out techs in if you spot anything at anytime, for no cost. This is truly great commitment to their quality and service in general I have recommended them to my friends who bought a new house as well.

Mike C is awesome! ALWAYS on time. Anytime we had an issue (mice, ants) Mike was very diligent in solving the issue. Other companies knock on our door all the time. We will never leave Bulwark as long as Mike is employed there.

Well done inside and outside the house

Lee always does a great job treating our home. He is prompt, wears shoe covers upon entering the home, and is thorough.

this is an update to the previous review, Bulwark has contacted me serveral times to ensure my issue was taken care of and I’ve also received several follow up calls. The customer service has been awesome after the the initial hiccup. They have made several service calls, even though I only paid for a one time service. I’m totally satisfied with the work they have provided, I’m now any free of ants.

Mr jAmes showed up right on time and actually my day was going very bad so I was kind of irritated at that time but he was so professional and listening everything very careful and he did such a wonderful job that all my anger gone in ten minutes and I am not sure he is employ or owner but doubles thumps up

We purchased an initial treatment for the outside of the house and talked with a company rep on the phone about treating for carpenter ants and checking for termites and had an appointment set for a specific day between the hours of 10 and 12 a.m. When no one showed, I called the company and was told someone would be here during the afternoon because they had another appointment in this area in the afternoon. I talked with the young man who came to do the treatment about the additional services we wanted. He seemed knowledgeable, but left without informing us of his findings. This lack of followup by the exterminator was unsatisfactory. Should we need pest control services in the future, it will NOT be with this company.

Very good!! Devin Hearn was my technician. He was prompt and very thourough. He was also very personable, professional and friendly. I will definately use them again.

Will not allow to spray in home again.

Okay. They missed a few wasp nests but came back free of charge to take care of them after I let them know. They will charge every sixty days to continue treatments unless you call and cancel. They ended up calling me twice more after canceling.

They have good prices. They were more economical than other places. We have had good service with them. We had them come out a second time to get rid of some wasps that showed out and they came right out. They do a good job spraying inside and out. They will email you several days before they are coming to let you know when they are coming. If you let them know ahead of time if you have a specific problem, they would handle it. They were very good in communication.
