The technician Daniel Vinson was very polite and explaining everything in detail what he was going to do. When he was done he explained how everything works and a few days later he called to make sure that we were seeing less of the roaches. He has come out four times and has always been very polite.

Guy was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He arrived early and did a great job.

My tech Lee is the best he’s always on time and efficient. He comes all the way in my area even though it’s far from him only because I specifically request him.

The services provided went well. I was having problems with ants throughout yard.....front and back. The technician arrived and I told him what I needed done. He went to work and thoroughly sprayed my yard. So for, I am very pleased with the service provided and the price paid for their service.

We've noticed an absence of insects in the house, early on we saw a couple of roaches but you can call them up to six times between treatments and they will come out and retreat which they did.

I've been with Bulwark for 10 months now. I've only met 2 techs who I've loved. First one was my initial service, the guy was incredible. After that I usually was never 100% satisfied. Even my call back's were off. I would get the "this is not in my notes" or "I don't have enough of this". One guy had actually never knocked on my door, when my request was for inside and outside. Most always half-***'d the job. I'm writing this review for the new tech I had today - **Conrad Greene**. He did an incredible job. He made sure he got everything. He was also very thorough. If I can, I will be requesting him every time. Bulwark, you need to hire more folks like Conrad and the-first-guy (who's name i can't remember).
