The technician that came out Lionel Ruffin was very informative and gave excellent instructions on how to manage the treatment and prevent the pest from coming back. He had knowledge on the insects and that really helped us understand more about these pests. I would totally recommend Mr. Ruffin and his company. Their customer service is great and I am happy with my choice to have them come out and treat our pest issues! Thanks Bulwark Exterminating!!

Gervase Lee is my pest exterminator. He is not only knowledgeable, but also very friendly. He is not only a great bug killer but he also provides excellent customer skills. Chad Dear went above and beyond when he saw the condition of the outside of my home! I had been making complaints about the quality of service for over 6 months and while I got no response from management, Chad assured me he would do what was needed to get my home back to looking as it should! As a 10 year customer it was great to meet a dedicated technician that did the work of 3 in one visit! He then scheduled a follow up to ensure everything had been taken care of. He took the time to explain what He had done and what I could do as a home owner to help. Thank you Chad Dear for treating my home like it was your home!

Great. We have the best technician that comes and treats our yard. Daniel always does what is necessary to keep the creepy crawlies out of our house. He always gives us a call or text to tell us he is on his way, knocks on our door to ask us if we see anything new that he needs to pay extra attention to, and goes straight to work. As he finishes, he stops and lets us know what he saw and what he treated for, I love the way he communicates with his customers. Other companies come, treat your yard and leave. They do not stop and ask if you have seen anything that needs to be treated and or even communicate to you what has been treated.

Daniel was very courteous and prompt, including phoning prior to arrival. We live on a small lake so potentially have lots of spiders. Daniel Vinson has made extra effort the last few visits to spray specifically for spiders plus sweep out their little egg nests. Over the last 9 months we've seen considerably fewer spiders.

He was informative, quick without rushing or ill-preforming his job. In two simple but effective words, he was: Professional and efficient. Between a 1300-1400 hour appointment window, he arrived at ~1330 - 1335 and finished at 1355. We have a three bedroom, two bathroom one story house. Our technician was Mr. Ruffin, Lionel (936 224-1622). Our servicing was sponsored/financed entirely by our insurance provider.

Recently, we had Lionel Ruffin, from Bulwark Exterminating, perform indoor and outdoor pest control service at our home. He was very professional, thorough and explained every part of the process. My husband asked him a lot of questions and he was very knowledgeable when providing answers. Overall, he did a great job and we are impressed with his work. Before we hired this company, we were not loyal to any Pest Control company, this was our first service as new home owners. I was so impressed with Lionel, that I would hire Bulwark exterminating again and specifically ask for him by name. Honestly, I would recommend them to anyone looking for service.

Lionel R. Was early which was nice since they give you a 2 hour window. Also very professional and explained what he was doing and what it would take care of.

My guys name was Guy Mitchell. He was knowledgeable about my concerns. Very polite and did an awesome job explaining each procedure. I would definitely recommend him to ithers.

Guy Mitchell was sent out as our technician for termite inspection because I suspected termites. He arrived within the timeframe that was given to me and was so courteous and professional. He asked me to walk with him around my foundation and as he was inspecting, he was also teaching me the signs to look out for and the prime season for termites. It was so informative and I felt so much better to know that we only had ghost ants. He recommended a treatment for the ants and gave me tips on termite prevention. I have used Bulwark in the past for cockroaches, wasps, spiders, and other pests and they have always been informative, timely, and professional. Personally, they are better price wise and all around better than Termanix.

Wonderful. Our service tech, James Wilson, was punctual, courteous and expedient. He asked about any concerns we had, addressed them all, and followed up before leaving to make sure our needs had been met. I highly recommend Bulwark and its team of professionals.

We changed companies after many years so that we could keep our incredible technician, Hector Arenas. It was a win win for us because of the exceptioal service we receive with better products, cheaper cost and we get to keep Hector whom we trust!

Our technician, Daniel Vinson, did a great job today! This week, we have had a problem with spiders, and, even today, I killed a huge one in my foyer. I was so happy to see Bulwark! Daniel listened to my concerns, didn't act it's nothing, reassured me by explaining what he was going to do to get rid of the spider problem. He examined the dead spider I killed this morning, told me what kind it is, and told me how to spot their nests in the yard. I feel like I learned something useful to protect my family. Anyway, Daniel did his work, came in to tell me all he had done, and he was on his way. I feel comfortable having this guy as my technician, having him in my house, and love that he took the time to listen to me and do a great job with a great attitude. He came in his company uniform, carried himself professionally, and had an easy-going persona. He was even nice to my hyper puppy! Lol!

Lionel Ruffin was my tech specialist. I showed him the problem areas. I had used contact commercial bug killers , but the ants kept coming back. He described his chemical solution as a saturation type not available to the public, which is especially useful in spreading through the tiny cracks in the masonry. The result... lots of dead ants ! Cool !

Mike Costello has always taken care of making sure my house is free of pests or any insects. He is always on time and always very professional. I trust him.

As a new home renter in the Houston area, I relied on Home Adviser to locate service providers that could provide home exterminating for a home that had the floors replaced after Harvey. Bulwark was the first company we contacted. They were professional on the phone, attentive and helpful. We spoke to Jamie first, then Chris, then Tiffany. Each of these individuals had a helpful attitude on the phone. The home that is being serviced is 100 miles round trip for those of us that are responsible for preparing the home for tenants. Monday, April 16, 5 to 8 PM was confirmed twice. Called office at 4 PM to verify where the technician was on work order to check all was in order. Office attendant said they could not find the technician. He was not responding to their message. Unusual message... they tell you on the recorded marketing message that they have a satellite tracking system to know where all their trucks are. No one ever showed up to the location. MIA no work done. Called office to find out what happened. No one had a direct answer. Spoke to Tiffany. She said a second appointment would be made. Scheduled appointment #2. for Wed, April 18. Time schedule 5 to 8. Company person drove 100 miles round trip to be there. Again, No One showed up. All details were confirmed prior to sending company person. This was second time a MIA from Bulwark Exterminating. Called office again, Attendant offered $50 discount on a a #3 appointment. We declined the offer. This company has great lip service from their office staff on the phone. The problem is that they did not value the time and effort the customer had to put in to the action they needed. There is no excuse for trade companies to insult consumers by ignoring the value of the customers time. The time has come for all trade services companies to wake up and realize that their unprofessional, irresponsible time management will not be tolerated. We believe in respecting all parties involved- especially with regard to time and value for their money. When you make an appointment.... here's a thought..... fulfill it. Its the least you can do to prove you are a dedicated, honorable company.
