Daniel Vinson with Bulwark Pest Control showed up on time. Courteous and professional appearance. Explained to us what he was going to do and did it. Expert efficient service .No contracts to sign and no hidden clauses or fine print to look out for. Requested they come out every three months and he said " I be here." Highly recommend this person for any extermination job.

They gave us a specific time window, and then proceeded not to show up anywhere near that time window. We found a note on our door that said they had come by, which baffled us because we had been home for at least half an hour before our time window began. Turns out our Ring camera caught the person coming at least an hour before our window began. They did not come back during our window. I contacted the office, and spoke with a nice young woman who tried to contact the driver. The driver did not answer his phone, and the young woman took my number and said that she would contact me at some point before the end of the day to let me know if she’d been able to find someone to come out to the house as promised. She never called back and since that date no one else has contacted us or attempted to reschedule. Needless to say, we will not be calling them for our services.

Charlie is an awesome worker! He is always on time and very flexible. He is very down to earth and helpful. I love having him come out to help us! Call Bulwark and ask for Charlie!

My technician was Jade, and she addressed my concerns about rain diluting the effectiveness of the application. Additionally she gave me some tips about dealing with those pesky mud dauber wasps.

Jade was great at explaining what she was going to do to get it under control. Also advised if it doesn’t rain to spray water this evening. We’ll find out in a few weeks if this had worked.

It went great, as usual. Daniel Vinson does a terrific job. He goes out of his way to check and make sure all areas are treated. Hes thorough and prompt and very professional.

Daniel Vinson, our tech, always does a great job. He's always very careful to avoid the areas around our house where I don't want him to spray, and very thoroughly covers the areas that I do want treated. I appreciate him changing the products used when needed and not just using the same products time after time regardless of their efficiency.

With construction of new houses all around us, I rely on Bulwark Pest Control to keep the critters away. I also have a child allergic to ants and I am grateful that my agent, Daniel Vinson will come out anytime I start to see mounds forming. He's courteous and professional. Even took care of some wasps in the attic. I have a contract with them to come out 4 times a year but they will put you on the schedule anytime you call them. Highly recommend.

We had a problem with large roaches coming in our home. About 3-4 mornings a week we would find another roach. Once we hired Bulwark, the roaches went away. I will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Great. The Tecnician, Daniel Vinson, was very knowledgeable, polite, and would highly recommend him.

After I wrote the previous review, I had not time to engage another company right away as I was traveling. A representative of Bulwark called me a few weeks later and promised prompt service. We decided to give them another chance (largely because of the excellent reviews on Angie's list). This time the service was prompt, the result excellent, and we were quite satisfied. The only mild issue was that we were promised a discount which never materialized in the final bill (the price was the same as the original quote). Nonetheless, the final result was far better than another well known company we engaged several years ago, and we will use them again.

Daniel sent a text when he was on his way, arrived on time as always and took great care to get everything done.

We have used Bulwark Exterminating-Houston for several years and trust them to do whatever is necessary to control the wide variety of pests in this area. Lionel Ruffin was on time, professional, and did an excellent job treating our house. I love the idea of a specific technician assigned to me, one who I can contact directly to address my pest control needs in between regular visits.

Daniel Vinson did a very good job explaining what he was doing, the pest that he was targeting, and also set up a return visit to do more outside perimeter. Very professional, friendly, and efficient.

Gervase was prompt, friendly and explained the service thoroughly. We'd been seeing some roaches in the house and fleas in our yard, so we called Bulwark out for the initial interior and exterior service; they'll show up for free if we see any bugs inside before our next scheduled exterior spray (every 2 months). We don't need to be home for the subsequent visits which makes it easy on everyone. Highly recommend!

These guys simply don’t do what they charge for. On a recent (May 2018) appointment, I was charged for a service that was not performed. The technician didn’t even show up. Apparently, the technician was reporting that he had performed the service and I was charged. My security video validated that no one ever came to the home. When I called, they told me that technician had been “let go” because he was reporting service to customers and he wasn’t showing up. I gave them another chance. They sent an older gentleman out on a Saturday while I was home and he ensured the service was complete properly. On the very next scheduled visit, a technician came by. Before I could make it out to greet him, he had gone. My security footage showed that he spent less than one minute at my property. Can you really properly treat a home in 50 seconds or less? The answer...NO! I’ve now cancelled my contract. If you want a reputable pest control in Houston, don’t call Bulwark!

Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided by Daniel and his colleague. They did a great job of not only treating both the interior and exterior, but also answered my questions regarding typical treatments and best practices. Very Pleased

Lionel Ruffin came out and explained what was being used and what to expect. Pest issue has gone down considerably after initial services. I believe that they'll go away fully (as explained) after subsequent pest services.
