Today with Mike C. things were great; however, it took me 3 months to get communications and scheduling issuues worked out and the last Tech was very inexperienced, over-whelmed and unable to provide the service. I have always had a great experience with Mike C. but if other Techs come out, it is terrible. And, the scheduling/notification system is extremely disfunctional

Mr. Daniel Vinson is a very nice young man who shows a dedication to excellent service and exhibits thorough knowledge in his field.

It went very well. Loved James Eyatt. He was professional and so knowledgeable. He walked through the house and took great care with the individual story of my household. Working with Jaime at the call center was so very helpful and patient. He waded through all of my questions and gave me all of the steps to prepare successfully for the treatment. This was a success. We had cancelled a competitor bc they were charging us double what Bulwark is and the follow ups are free! Very satisfied!

Excellent! Brad arrived on time. He was thorough, helpful and respectful. Brad offered good suggestions to help mitigate insect and rodent issues; things we can easily do.

This was the first time I've seen Chad. He was very professional and readily agreed to put down a granular pesticide for chinch bugs in parts of our lawn.

Bulwark came out yesterday and the tech Gervase was extremely professional and thorough. Gervase listened to our concerns and he complied with all our requests. He went above and beyond and exceeded all our expectations. We will definitely be a repeat customer!!

Technician James was on time and very polite and personable. Asked if there was anything in particular that needed extra attention while he was here. Listened and did everything I asked without any hesitation. Offered suggestions to help reduce my insect problem.

The technician (Sirlionel Ruffin) was very thorough and explained in detail the various method used to exterminate pest. He exterminated both the outside and inside of three story home ensuring all plumbing, windows sills, attic, etc was treated.

Brilliantly! Charlie went above and beyond ant pest control person I’ve ever had. Even cleared all the spiders and cobwebs away from my windows! I would definitely recommend Bulwark!

Shores was great! He sprayed around the perimeter of our house as well as the entry points. Shores also took care of all the ant piles as we asked him to!

I have always been pleased with Bulwark's customer service, but I particularly wanted to write about my experience today. I had a new technician named Sirlionel Ruffin. When I realized that he was unable to gain access to my rear gate, I went to go find him and explain how he could get in. I found him near his vehicle, taking the time to find my file and see if there were any notes regarding access. I REALLY appreciated that, as I think many people would have just moved on and not taken the time to try to figure out how to get in. I then spoke with him and found him to be very courteous, friendly, and professional. He also did a very thorough job of spraying everywhere. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Cole Bannister left me a detailed message on what he did on the outside perimeter. I left him instructions and he followed exactly as I requested.

Our technician, Shores Morgan, did an excellent job. Not only did he treat the ant and wasp problems we had. He took extra mile of cleaning out the tough-to-reach patio lighting filled with dead insects. We appreciated that effort! However, service can be inconsistent. Not the same technician comes every time.
