It went just fine. Carl was my technician and he was very nice and professional. He recently took over my area from my previous technician so he took time to get to know me and my needs as well as I get to know him.

My visit was excellent my tech Stacey Dozier was fantastic he made sure I was completely satisfied with his work before he left.

Our technician Clifford Bartsch was very professional and always keeps us informed.

Was happy with the additional attention given to a reoccurrence of silverfish. Mr. Gervase Lee listened to my silverfish issue and strategically placed the bait to correct my problem. No live silverfish so far. I am very pleased with Bulwark service!

The company is great about scheduling around my schedule and even on weekends when needed. Price is on point for the services we receive. Haven’t had any real pest issues since using them.

I really do like my bug guy, Dan and Bulwark. Dan really cares about my home and the call center seems to know what's going on. Seriously, Dan always shows up when he says he will and even helps carry in the groceries! How many people can say that about their bug guy,

James Wilson arrived an hour early (which was very convenient for me). Listened to my description of the ants that had entered my house and sprayed for sugar ants inside my house along the perimeter bordering my back yard. As this a part of my normal service (as needed), I did not have to pay anything other than being at home for when the technician arrived.

Gervase Lee went above & beyond to service inside the house as well as scheduled exterior when I told him I had seen some spiders inside.

Another company told me these spiders would go away when the weather turned colder. It's December and I'm still opening my doors very carefully so as not to have spiders drop on my head. I called Bulwark right before Christmas and they sent out a tech two days later. My tech was Daniel Vinson. He first came in to talk with me to learn firsthand what my expectations were so it didn't feel like I was just getting the "standard" service. He did an incredibly thorough job spraying outside and brushing away the cobwebs. He's convinced me that with regular service and a little bit of maintenance, I can reclaim my porches from the spiders.

Great we got the mouse in the house same day! But Lionel Ruffin additionally arranged to get garage etc sealed and trapped mice which had settled into attic!! Wheew!!

Clifford Bartsch came and asked about any problems that we were having and explained what he would be doing. He did his work promptly and was very polite.
