Shores Morgan, the technician for Bulwark Exterminating, was very professional and had called ahead a couple of times to advise me of his ETA. He was very attentive to the issues that I raised and ensured that all the necessary areas of my home and yard were sprayed. I was impressed by how respectful and thorough he was while performing the service.

We were seeing rats running along the fence in the back yard. Cody from Bulwark Exterminating installed bait traps to take care of the problem. Cody comes out frequently to check the bait and refills as necessary. He also takes care of our regular pest control and termites. I would highly recommend Cody and Bulwark for any pest control issues.

Chad showed up on time, texted 15 minutes before to let me know he was coming. He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do and was conscientious about children and pets. He even was extra careful around our garden. Highly recommended!

James Wilson is our tech and he has an outstanding attitude and is extremely professional, helpful, and pleasant while getting the job done in a timely manner. Could not recommend him more highly. Thank you, James!!

Gervase Lee was the technician who came to my house. Very professional and actually cares about the pest control issues and is very pro-active in resolving all issues. Gervase Lee is awesome, he even checked our garage which has never been done. Gervase Lee arrived an hour early (which was very convenient for me). Listened to my description of the spiders that had entered my house and sprayed for inside my house along the perimeter bordering my back yard. As this a part of my normal service (as needed),( normally a service is $85), however, I did not have to pay anything for a revisit. Gervase Lee went above and beyond to service inside the house as well as scheduled exterior when I told him I had seen some spiders inside.

We have been using Bulwark for the last 5 years and have been really pleased with the service. They do a great job all around including customer service. Carl, our current technician, was really good at making sure everything was done to protect our home from pests and he was also very patient and educated us on some things. I would highly recommend Bulwark for your next service

Bulwark is always responsive, gets me appointments quickly, is on time, and very professional. We pay for quarterly service that has included many extra visits at no additional charge for rats in our attic and spiders. Gervase Lee has been out a couple of times and has been on time with a text before and after, has been able to quickly identify the problem, wears shoe covers in the home which I appreciate, and offers solutions with follow up service attached. Very pleased with Bulwark.

Gervais Lee was the technician who came to my house. Great great dude. I was not able to be there, but he kept me in the loop with everything and his findings over the phone. He even sent pictures for me to see what he found. Very professional guy. Most definitely will hire again.

I use Bulwark for quarterly pest control and I needed a spray inside. I changed the time so that I would be available for an indoor spray and although Gervase Lee was earlier than the scheduled time, I was thankfully home and able to let him inside to spray our problem areas. He was very professional, nice, and quick! Thank you!

Yesterday a young man named Eddie texted me that he would arrive at our home in about 15 minutes. Eddie arrived on time and ever so cheerful for a dreary rainy day. Eddie explained that the process he would use to exterminate would be different because of the wet weather. Eddie asked if I was having any particular problems with roaches or ants. As Eddie was leaving he sincerely informed me not to hesitate to contact Bulwark if there were any problems. Eddie said there was no charge if Bulwark needed to come back!

CHAD, my Bulwark tech, called me about 15 minutes before he arrived to let me know he would arrive shortly. CHAD arrived 15 minutes later right on time! CHAD identified himself and as I was letting him in I noticed he had parked his truck on the street. I told CHAD he could move his truck onto the driveway. CHAD thanked me and said that he would prefer to park on the street to avoid accidentally spilling any chemicals on the driveway. Wow! Talk about making an AMAZING first impression. CHAD went on asking many different questions about where I was having problems. He carefully explained the exterminating agreement and began working in the attic, around the house and finally outside. When CHAD finished he came in and gave many several things he had noticed outside that could be causing some problems. CHAD was so though in his work. I have not seen any bugs at all! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BULWARK EXTERMINATING CO. If every tech that works for Bulwark is as thorough as CHAD you too will be impressed!

He’s so thorough, I’ve never had a spray service like this before. I felt very taken care of, and he always sends me a reminder text before he comes over. He is extremely polite and very very nice, I couldn’t ask for more.

James Wilson was in time as he promised. He explained to me the importance of taking care of the eggs now than wait until March. Treated the perimeter and the attic. So sales tactics for any work beyond what was planned.Overall a professional in every way. Plan to continue with Bulwark and James.

James Wilson completed our service, and he did a great job. I had, actually, forgotten to mention an additional request at the time of scheduling. Mr. Wilson took care of notifying the office, and he followed-up to be sure the additional request was completed in a timely manner. (I didn't have to make any additional phone calls or another appointment. This was a huge help.)

Daniel showed up as scheduled and promptly explained a plan that would work for our needs. He worked quickly and did a great job. I defintelt reccomend Bulwark.

Very well. Daniel Vinson takes extreme pride in his work. He always has a smile and a very pleasant manner. Daniel is very efficient, thorough, reliable and lately I've had no bugs. Very good overall.

While we only communicated via text message, Cole kept me up to date on his arrival status and then texted me a full report once he was finished. Definitely more than I expected from a normal monthly service.

James Wyatt was the technician. He Makes sure all is taken care of. If there is something new going on he takes care of it. He seldom ever has to come back before it is time. We ask for James to always be our technician. James is the best.
