Bulwark has been amazing. We've been using them for a year or two, and they are extremely punctual, professional, and well worth the monthly cost. If we ever see bugs between visits, they come right away for additional treatments at no charge, and have made living in Houston doable (because otherwise we could not live around these massive tree roaches).

It went excellent. Mike Costello has been our service tech for almost 2 years here in Creekside. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond for us. He takes a lot of pride in his service and it shows. I HIGHLY recommend Bulwark, and hopefully Mike will be tech.

John was on time, addressed the Ant problem, and then tended, and emptied our outside trap. John was quick, efficient and courteous.

Gervase Lee was on time, did the quarterly service, went the extra mile to send me a picture of some fire ants he found and took care of....I asked the company to leave some glue traps at the front door since ones not home, without nag questions I came home to some extra traps on my front door.. been with this company for a while Now and they never disappoint! Always a smiling face!

Gervase Lee was very punctual. I only had a issue with one room but he treated the whole house without me asking him and explained the edfectiveness of the spray and the length of time it would last. Very thorough and even checked the garage and sprayed around the doors again.

He text us pictures of all the problems area and advised us that if he missed anything to call back and he would come back out and take care of it. The key to any successful business are the employees. Bulwark apparently invests a lot in their customer service training because their employee Ro-Mello was first class. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable about his job and was very thorough in the services he provided. He gets two thumbs up for outstanding customer service.

It went well! I found a dead spider the following day! Chad with Bulwark found two yellow jacket nests that I was not aware of. Chad took the initiative and took care of them!

Tech Ro-Mello came early in the time window announced, was very courteous and social, asked what he could help with over and above regular service, took care of everything quickly and professionally, and pointed out some additional areas he recommended spraying for prevention and took care of it. If there are issues or questions after service they always come back and re-service if need be. Job well done!
