I just started service with Bulwark Exterminating and have received excellent customer service from their office personnel as well as our exterminator Clifford. Clifford is wonderful to work with. He spent time explaining the treatment and how the program works and is very thorough with the dewebbing and applying the product.

Mike C is diligent and cares for the safety of my daughter and my family. He found brown widows and was extremely thorough in removing nests and treating the area. Mike C is the reason we use Bulwark Exterminating.

We have been working with Bulwark Exterminating-Houston for almost 5 years now and it has always been a very good service, but the person that took care of our service yesterday, Cole, did a very good job. I liked the fact that he made contact with us via text letting us know when exactly he will be arriving home. He was very nice and polite and did his job very well.

Gervase Lee from Bulwark contacted me before arriving and checked any areas of concern I may have. He carried out the normal bi-monthly service and spent extra time on my concerns. He even sent pictures showing the state of the bait traps before reloading them to show they have been working.

James and DJ were very helpful and knowledgeable on the work they performed. They answered all of my questions and concerns. They definitely put my mind a ease. I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve had a great experience with this company from the start! From our original servicer Josh to our current tech Gervase we’ve been so well taken care of. We have a dog and I’m always worried about him getting out or into the chemicals and they always pay attention and put my worries at ease!
