Edwin Negron, was super sweet, professional and did a great job with treating our house. If I can get him to come over time we need our house treated i will! I truly recommend him and this company to treat any issue(s) you may have with pests. He was very polite, nice to talk to and explained things throughly and answered any questions we had.

Ray Mathews was our tech and he was very professional and addressed our concerns. Received a call 15 mins prior to arrival and a text with a picture of what was addressed in the backyard. Super impressed with today’s service call!

This guy was incredibly particular and done the windows and the smallest areas I have never in all my years seen someone spray and get to. He was meticulous and even got behind all my appliances. I didn't even know they did that. I will specifically ask for Ray Mathews to come out again. He's also a new hire so he obviously took his training seriously and paid attention to all fine details. Took his time and double checked everything twice, even when he didn't think I was watching. Incredible service, remarkable employee.

Ray Matthews was the tech he was very thorough in spraying for the spiders and roaches from a rotting tree in my backyard. He took time to spray around the doors and windows. He also left his number and said he would return in 7 days.

Bulwerk has been a wonderful company to work with over the years. I have used their services for over 5 years now and have never once thought of looking at another company. My technician, Edwin Negron, is always very professional and on top of letting me know about wasp nests and extra spider webbing that he finds and will go out of his way to lay down additional traps the house may need (no extra charge). They text me pictures of potential problem areas that they have either resolved or will come check-up in a couple of weeks to make sure the pests have left. The couple of times I've had ants show out outside of my regularly scheduled visits (brought them home with me in mulch that I bought, unknowingly, of course)...and Bulwerk was able to get a technician out within a couple of days to solve the issue. Great company! You won't regret this choice!

The first spraying was ok, the guy was here and gone in less than 15 minutes for spraying the entire house, garage, and outside of the yard. A follow up was to be done 2 weeks later and i had to call to find out when they were coming. Then the bug guy showed up to the wrong house and when i called notifying Bulkwark of this, I was told sorry you will have to wait another week, we are too busy to come back that same day (after i called within 10 min of receiving the notification of my exterminator leaving the wrong house). I talked to one SUpervisor who would call me back later that day with a new time for the visit and it took 4 days and me calling all 4 days to get any reply. The follow up finally happened and due to the issues i was given a free full yard spray in which the guy did NOT do. My sister watched him only spray the foundation of the house and when we told him he was to spray the whole yard (the 2nd time we told him), he said oh yea i did.....LYING TO OUR FACE! SO UNHAPPY with this company. It's now been another 2-3 weeks, i still have spiders and bugs. I am so tired of hearing I am sorry, i just wanted them to performthe job i paid for!

On multiple occasions, we needed to remind Bulwark to perform the required quarterly inspection of the bait stations. Otherwise, service was discrete and polite.

Gervase Lee has been our technician for a year or more. He is always very polite and does a thorough service. Always lets us know when he will be here and is always prompt and finishes in a timely manner.

Chad was friendly and courteous. Chad also reminded me of Bulwark’s no cost call back service should I have any problem.

Gervase checked my mattress and boxspring and didn't find anything. He still sprayed the mattress and pillows. He was very nice and helpful. I'm hoping whatever was biting me doesn't return after the treatment

Gervase Lee, our technician, was great! We told him the issues and he handled them all in an efficient way. He took the time to explain what he was planning on doing and why. Best of all, he kept me informed on his arrival time since the very beginning of the day. I will definitely be using their services again (if needed) and hope to get Gervase as my tech again!

We have used Bulwark for more than 10 years at a few different addresses. The house that we recently acquired had been vacant for some time and had many roach, ant, spiders that made their home there. We had the initial treatment, along with a couple follow ups, but the issues still existed (less frequency, but still heavy roach activity). Enter Guy Mitchell, He was extremely helpful and took his time to ensure all areas were treated properly, explained everything, and took his time to spot check other items and provide a complete service. Since his visit we have not noticed a single unwanted guest in the house. We have stayed with Bulwark all these years, because no mater the issue or frequency they always come through.

Guy Mitchell came today to treat our home. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He took his time spraying the entire home (all 4 floors) and answered all questions I asked. I would recommend Guy and Bulwark to anyone.

Guy Mitchell came to our home very punctually and walked right in getting down to business. He went to the problem area and assessed the situation. He specifically identified the pest and educated us on their behavior and how he planned to address the issue. He even treated the other bathroom proactively as well as under all sinks in the house. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
