Description of Work: I bought a Preventive Interior and Exterior Pest Treatment and Yard Fire Ant Treatment, on May 25, and as of June 20, the service has been scheduled and cancelled two times. So I really have nothing to base my review on, other than they seem to have scheduling problems, especially on Friday afternoons. I am submitting this review to get my $5 Starbucks card. When they schedule and show up for service, I will edit my review.

Description of Work: Bought the big deal through Angels list. | |Came in on time to treat mostly fire ants... sprayed the outside and used a dust on some wall outlets along the outside perimeter. Spraying Was good... The perimeter not so much. I was warned of possible ants coming into the bathroom, but I had a large number (100s) in the living room which has a sprayed patio along side. I was offered service to come back and clean it up but my schedule did not permit and I just used retail spray to control. Will probably get them to come in later to assess the situation.

Description of Work: I purchased this deal on Angie's list, which included an interior/exterior inspection and up to 10 bait stations. We needed 11 bait stations, but they didn't charge us more for the extra station. Jon was very professional. He explained everything in detail and installed the stations. I was very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: They came in and sprayed just the outer electrical outlets, that they could get to. And then around the whole outside of the house. Initially it went well. But I still have those gross silverfish, which is why I switched to get rid of them. I like less smell and less chemicals on my floor.

Description of Work: They removed wasp nests around the house, except the ones that were too high for them. They also put rat traps in the garage but some of the rats were too strong for those glue boards. Overall, the service was worth the special promotional price offered through Angie's List.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal whole house and yard pest extermination. I've been having some ant problems and saw the deal come through on email and purchased it. They came out and sprayed around the base boards, put dust in the attic and checked for animals hiding out there, put special bait in the areas where I had seen the ants coming in and sprayed the perimeter of the house. I haven't seen any ants yet so maybe it's working just as expected. They will come out in 10 days to make sure. There was a low hassle sale of their routine maintenance which is every other month for the same price of $74.00. I didn't have to sign up. They said they would call or email me in advance for my approval to come out. They do not guarantee their work unless there is regular maintenance. I think I will try them out for a bit and then see how it all goes.
