Description of Work: I paid for the service and was told that what I paid for on Angies list did not cover the all natural pest control product and I would have to pay an additional $60. It clearly said in the deal $120 for all natural pesticide application ... see notes from the advertisement below: Here's the Deal: •$120.00 for an all natural pesticide application using essential oils that plants and trees have used for protection for centuries •Extensive interior in-wall and void treatment for all general pests •Exterior barrier applied at foundation •Exterior treatment for potential pest entry points •Treatment at base of all plants with drippers located within 40 feet of home or treatment of any fire ant mounts within 40 feet of home •Removal of cobwebs and wasp's nests around the home's exterior •45 day call-back guarantee on general pests such as spiders, ants, roaches, crickets, pill bugs, earwigs, and silverfish •Homes greater than 3500 square feet will incur an additional fee •Any additional work can be requested at time of service for an additional fee I want the $120 refunded to my credit card on file. I will not use this company. It is false advertising.

Description of Work: We bought the deal for one time pest control. We had a bad case of fire aunts so I was just hopeful that they would help decrease the amount. They arrived in one and We showed them where it was and they did what they had to do. It's been a while and the fire ants are completely gone! I'm very happy with their work and will be using them again.

Description of Work: We bought the Angie's list deal for Bulwark Exterminators. Both Lee and Stacey were very professional and conscientious about respecting our home and cautious about spraying around the new baby. | |However, it didn't not solve our problem with spiders. I'm not sure whether our pest problem could be attributed to the rains we had this year but our problem mainly concerned spiders. | |The last straw was when we were watching tv and a spider came down the frame in front of the TV. | |To their credit they came out 3 times for us so I give them credit for effort and we did find dead bugs after they left but I wonder, couldn't they have sprayed directly on the windows they were coming through or destroy the egg sacs they saw? Because our spider problem continued. | |We had our in-laws stay with us for a few days and when they left, they found a swarm of baby spiders leaving their suitcase. | |
