That's right, if you are still seeing pests, we messed up, and we will come back and retreat your home within 48 hours.

Description of Work: Bulwark did a fine job on this initial extermination service. The only reason we did not score them with an "A", was that the treatment application was different than described by the office. We were told that chemicals would be injected into the walls and that baseboard application was no longer used. Additionally, we were told that the landscaping plants would be treated, but that wasn't done. Not a problem, as we didn't ask for plants to be treated. Baseboard spraying is the application method we are used to, so having them do this was fine. We will probably use them again for regular maintence.
