Description of Work: We had a Norwegian rat who had nested in our home and was destroying furniture, avoided traps, we could not catch him. Joseph set a box of bait out and said rats would not be able to resist. He was right after a couple of weeks one of my dogs found the rat almost dead and it obviously had eaten the poison. They came out 3 times to assist us with this issue and we had bought a special on Angie's List. I do recommend this service. We currently have a contract with another vendor and have to complete our term so will consider changing in a year.
