I was very happy with them. He was a very courteous young man and very professional. He was well dressed and well mannered. He was exactly what I would expect a company to want working for them. Angie’s List would be proud to have him representing them. It was a one-time deal. I could have signed a contract; I only wanted the one time. That is what he did. I would use him again.

It went well. He came on time and provided good services. They responded quickly. They were on time for the appointment. They did what I ask. As far as anything they could do better, nothing I can mention at this time. I've only had the one treatment so far.

Bulwark Exterminating, James Foster and he is just amazing. Very thorough, very professional. He explains everything very well. Completely reliable. He was here last Wednesday. The price is $ 70.37 a month.

Bulwark comes to us on a regular basis. Their staff (office and field) are fantastic. They always call the day before, to make sure the visit timing is convenient. They ALWAYS arrive when they say they will. Their service is great, and they will return between scheduled visits free of charge if you have an issue and ask them about it.

John arrived and immediately went to the attic to lay down traps. The light was blown and he changed it for me. He then went outside to do the perimeter exterminating and then came inside to do a room walk through. Before he left he revisited the attic to see if he could find the culprit. He offered to revisit whenever I needed to make sure the issue was solved.

They are fantastic. Very efficient. Very polite. Came back out for free when another ant hill popped up. Best of all they are effective. I had a huge fire ant problem before that no one else seemed to be able to get rid of. They got rid of the ants. I signed up for monthly service. Highly recommend them.

They come by once every 8 weeks usually just outside the house unless you ask for them to come into your home because you've seen bugs. After a schduling mix up on their end I was informed that the next available day to come by was 2 days later in the evening and I already had plans for that evening. So, I was told that the next available day would be a week later. After explaining to them why that was unnaccetable they said they'd have to talk to their scheduling manager. I was then called back 30minutes later and was told they'd be out the next afternoon. However, the next day in the morning I got a call and was told they wouldn't be able to do that after all and that they could only come by the next day again in the evening after I told them the day before that that wasn't going to work. They promised they'd be by an hour earlier than my appointment so there wouldn't be any issue though, so I agreed. Wrong, the next day the tech called and told me he was running late and would be there on time and that I'd have to reschedule if I wasn't willing to wait on him and in the process be late to my appointment. So, now 3 times I'd made arrangements and fixed my schedule around them and couldn't get them to come out. Very agitated I called to reschedule and this time I was told the earliest they could be out was a week later. After being very stern about my disappointment in the company and getting jacked around I was asked to be placed on hold which I refused. I asked to speak to someone that could help me get the problem taken care of and the person finally and with some frustration in their voice told me the tech would be out first thing in the morning between 7-10. Promptly finally at 7am 4 days after the original appointment the tech showed up. Clearly in a hurry put some ant bait down, and sprayed some stuff around the pantry door. He quickly left again and said he'd leave the review on the door. If all it was going to take was 5minutes and out the door why did this take 4 days to get taken care of?

They are very good. They come out on a schedule. They call before they come to make sure it is convenient. They do not typically come in the house unless I have a special need. I think they are doing a great job as I never see any bugs in my house. They also have a policy that says: If you see any signs of insect infestation before the routine spraying they will come out free of charge.

My overall experience is good. I would recommend them to family members and friends. I would use them again in the future.

The best thing about them is that if we have a problem in between the scheduled appointment, they would come and do it for nothing. They correct whatever problem we are having. They are not cheap. They use organic stuff. When they initially sign up, they come and do everything. They spray inside outside. They take the switch plates out and spray the inside there. They go around the outside. Normally, when they come they don't come inside unless we ask them and if we have a problem. They are respectful of our home. We would recommend about their follow-up. We never had any problems with them. It's a new house, so we would not have problems like an old house have. They do what they are supposed to do. They are very responsive. We signed them up again, and we are planning to use them again.

I would highly recommend them. They have done a very effective pest control service for us when it didn't work out with others. The one individual that we request was the first fellow to come out around two years ago. He is a very competent individual in pest control. He did a full house assessment. He advice us to put weep holes in our exterior stonework. We have a problem with scorpions and spiders. When we move in, they were the two pests that were the most annoying. They provided a level of insect control; basically, it eliminated the insect inside the home altogether. The one representative named Phillip was extremely professional. He was a very knowledgeable individual. He educated us on several things we can do around the house to minimize the problem. I am very happy with the service.
