James was very cordial and throughout the service gave knowledgeable explanations of the products used and observations of any pests that he found. He explained that all technicians are licensed and he attends training classes every year to maintain license currency. This was a very positive experience and I would recommend their services to anyone.

Garrett from Bulwark contacted me within 24 hours of my purchase of the Big Deal. He explained what would be done and scheduled an appointment for 2 days later. The appointment time was a 2-hour window, which I thought was nice compared to some companies that give you a 4-8 hour window. Mario P showed up about an hour into our 2-hour window. He was very friendly and professional. He explained to me what he would be doing and then got right to work. That was a little over a week ago and so far the treatment seems to have been effective. The price of regular service seemed a little high compared to what my next door neighbor is paying another company, but not outrageous. I was very pleased with the service.

He arrived at the appointed time and explained exactly what he would do. The treatment was guaranteed for 6 months. This month I discovered a red ant mound.. I called the company and they promptly scheduled an appointment to treat the yard again.

The provider arrived earlier than appointment. However, he notified me and waited for me to arrive. We agreed for him to start treating the outside first. When I arrived he explained what he was going to do, how long the treatment should last, the guarantee, and asked if I had any other questions. He then began the inside treatment. I realized that the inspector did not treat the attic even though he had listed such treatment in his plan. I called the company later to informed them of the missed service. They immediately contacted the inspector who admitted he failed to do the treatment. Bulwark set up another appointment for that treatment. I appreciated their assistance in resolving my concern.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went just fine. This was the first time that we used them.

It was okay but they were a bit overpriced for what they did. The only thing that he did that was different was that he sprayed the attic also with the same dust that he sprayed in the outlets. However, he only had to spray in one or two outlets in my home. It hasn’t been that long since he did that so I can’t judge the quality of the work as of yet. He said the dust would last longer than the liquid spray, he said it would stay for sixty or ninety days and I am hoping it does. He was responsive and his mannerisms were great, he identified himself and he was clean cut and wore booties on his shoes, so I liked all that. I did not go around with him but he probably did what he was supposed to do.

It went pretty well and they came out shortly after I purchased their service. They were very communicative, we understood what they did and we were very happy.

This company uses natural pest control chemicals, which we appreciate. They treat inside the walls of your home as well as the exterior foundation. They do a follow-up phone call about two weeks after treatment to see how the service is working.

It went GREAT! The young man, Michael Costello, came out. I met him at the door and he took off his boots. I said he didn't have to, but he said it "was the rules". He explained what he was going to do, and where and what the chemicals would get rid of. There was no odor at all. He was Polite, Clean, Well Mannered, a great sense of humor and adorable! I was wishing I had a daughter his age ~ so in another 5-6 years I could have him as a Son-In-Law. Everyone I have talked to at the Company has been incredibly nice, helpful, and all the things above that Michael had. I've signed up for the quarterly spraying, and hope all goes well. I've received several emails from them, and they are so concerned about satisfying their customers. They did. I signed up for quarterly sprayings.

I wasn't very impressed when I spoke with one of the managers who set up the service call. He kept trying to get me to commit to a quarterly service plan before the technician ever came out to my home to do the work . How could I possibly know that I would want to commit to something like that before I had a chance to evaluate the effectiveness of the product and service? For this particular reason, I give this manager an "F". I am in sales myself and understand all about cross selling and up selling, but I have to say that this manager or whatever he was, was very obnoxious with his used car salesman type of pitch. Even though I found him to be very annoying, I went ahead and made the appointment for the technician to come out since I had already paid for the service. The technician Yanni Sarwon did come out and was very professional in his greeting. He asked me what kinds of pest problems I was having and then he told me what he was going to be doing to treat my home. He would tell me periodically what his next steps were in the process as he was doing the work. I will give him an overall A+ for his friendly demeanor, and professional positive attitude. The only thing I would have liked for him to do was tell me that he was finished with the service before he got in his truck and left. My suggestion is to have him say "I'm finished", "thank you" and "goodbye" before leaving a customer's home. Other than that, he did a very good job and so far I have seen lots of dead bugs outside and a few inside.

We purchased a big deal for their service, and the service was just okay. We did find some bugs after they left, and I wasn't impressed. They didn't do a bad job, but they didn't do a super job. They put the spray in the walls through the switch plates, but it wasn't as effective, as I thought it would be. They kind of pressured us into signing a contract, which we didn't want to do, and we didn't end up doing it, but it was high pressure. The price was fair, but we didn't feel like we got our money's worth. They were responsive and punctual.

Found this company through Angie's List, my Sister had some problems and I told her to call them and scheduled for me too. These guys are absolutely fantastic!!! My Sister is raving about them!!! There was a communication error on her address and the manager, tech, and territory manager called and made sure they still got her house treated. Sis says they went above and beyond to make her happy!!!!! I had them at my house a week later and they were more than on time!! I was the one 10 mins late!!! John the territory manager is absolutely the nicest most professional person ever!!!! (he is the on that treated my Sister's house). I just love a company that treats each person as a valued customer!!!! I will be sharing my experience with this company to all my friends and neighbors!!!! There are just not enough words to convey how awesome each person we dealt with made us feel - just know that they are an amazing company and we appreciated their professionalism.

It went well. Everything went smoothly and there were no issues. I would recommend them.

I have used them and I had miscommunication with them. I tried to get them back out here today, I do not know if they have come out or not. So, far I have not had a reason to question them. The deal does not give a real detailed explanation of what they are going to do. I am not sure that it goes to that full extent. I have seen a big reduction in the insects. There were no extra charges. Ask a lot of questions, if it differs from the big deal ask them why. I do not want to get something for nothing and I do want to make sure that I am getting what is offered. I want to make sure that they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. They were pretty responsive. I am not sure that I would set up a plan with them.

It was hard to initially get a hold of Jeff to setup the service. It took a good 3 weeks before getting a hold of someone to schedule the appointment. Once the appointment was setup, the tech arrived on time and performed the service in a very professional manner. The service included pumping the insecticide inside the street facing walls (via A/C outlets), spreading in the attic, and spraying around the perimeter of the house. The service comes with a guarantee and unlimited calls if we get any pest problems post treatment.

Everything they explained to me was done. I would recommend Bulwark to anyone needing any and all bugs exterminated.

I was overall pleased because they returned when the initial visit didn't address the problem and they are very reasonably priced. However, a few words of caution. I used a coupon for my initial treatment. They were timely in calling me to book my appointment and we booked a time in the morning for the first visit. But the next day the scheduler stated she had a conflict and needed to move me back an hour. I indicated that I had a conflict as well and that as long as they could be completed by 9:45am, then that was acceptable. She indicated that was not a problem and that the service would take 45 minutes for the interior and that they could finish the exterior afterward and I wouldn't have to be present. The day of the appointment I waited and waited..no phone call to inform me they were running late. I finally called them to reiterate that I had another appointment and couldn't wait on them after 9:45am. She assured me that the service tech was on his way and there would be no problem. In the end, he arrived late and I had to move my other appointment. He only stayed in my house for 15-20 minutes, much less than the 45 minutes initially quoted. I was left feeling that he didn't complete all the work they indicated they would do for the initial visit (treat all perimeter outlets). In fact, it appears they didn't because the ants were just as bad a full week later. They came back out and sprayed for ants but did not do any additional wall socket or other treatments. The ants are now gone but it took two appointments to get there. The one issue I really wanted to warn others about was that I booked them through a coupon or deal. However, when you sign the paperwork acknowledging they completed the service, it is actually a CONTRACT. Now their costs are so reasonable, I was ok with signing the contract for bimonthly service. However I take a huge exception to the fact that it was presented to me as a contract but just "sign here". That is deceptive and I would hate for anyone to get sucked into a contract they don't want.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was just fine. Actually my husband is the one that talked to him. I’m pretty sure I didn’t spend more than the big deal amount. As far as I know, my husband was perfectly happy with the service and thought that the guy did a good job. I think he actually came back once to check on things too which was very good. My husband has been checking for any pests since the service was done and he had seen some evidence of it, and apparently the guy sprayed and took care of it. The overall experience was excellent. My husband called the number that he had, and he got right back and set up an appointment. Then he came back a second time. As far as I remember, he was punctual and professional. My husband was completely happy with the whole thing.

Very professional organization. Work completed when they said, and I was very satisfied overall. I was a little bit less than satisfied that they so easily put me on an every 60 day cycle for one year when I didn't really ask for that. But what I did like was the person who came out called in and got that waived so I can quit anytime. All in all, I would recommend this company to others.
