Bulwark was great. Technician was punctual and service was very thorough. The roaches weren't gone on the first visit, but the infestation was pretty bad. The technician warned us there eggs in the walls that would be hatching. A week later the roaches were back, and Bulwark promptly came out to spray again free of charge. I did sign up for service every other month.

For the initial service, the tech was polite and on time. He explained that in order for us to really get a barrier of protection around the house, regular services for every other month were recommended. So I signed up for one year of service. He then came in and injected pesticide inside one wall outlet each room for all the rooms. He also treated the attic and warned us not to go into the attic for at least 48 hours. He continued on to spray all around the house in the yards. We did find some extra dead insects inside the house a couple of days after the initial treatment, but nothing alive. Within 5-6 weeks of the initial treatment, we spotted quite a few fire ants and carpenter ants mounts in the backyard. Called them twice, and they came out within a couple days to treat the ants with no extra charge each time. Overall, it?s an ok service. They have good customer services, but It just seems like their pesticide isn?t targeting the fire ants too well. I will continue their service for one year and see how things go.

Evan arrived at my home and explained what he was going to do for the inside and the outside. I had a problem with ants in my kitchen. He asked if there were any rooms he should not go into, which my husband was still sleeping so we excluded the bedroom. He sprayed all the other rooms, also he put stuff into the electrical sockets in the kitchen and bathrooms. He went outside and sprayed the house all around and then put granules around the house to make a barrier. I had ants outside too. He did a good job. I did sign up for them to come to my house every other month for a year to get the ants completely gone. Next visit will be in November. I am so happy there are no ants in my kitchen. Also if the ants come back into the house, I can call them back before November at no extra charge. I like that.

they did a great job but it always a "work in progress" with regards to keeping pests out of the house for good.

The service call was performed in accordance to the terms, the technician was very polite and had great care in areas that I had concern. I have contracted them to continue to provide service every 3 months. They performed that service on 9/16/13, again no problems. I like that they use natural pesticides, I have small children in the house and that was a very important point for us. Thanks, Norma B Morales

Only spotted treated, did not treat all interior outward facing walls.

We have been fighting off spiders. Mainly jumping spiders, but also brown colored orb-weavers, and some brown thing that is not a Recluse, thankfully, but has large brown tufts on the end of its mandibles. Our service tech had no idea what we were talking about. The service tech showed up on time and sprayed the outside of the house. He kept repeating the company's two-month guarantee, where they will come back for free if we see bugs. He put dust into most of the outlets he could reach on exterior walls, however he left a few untouched saying they probably didn't need to be done and the company would come back out if we saw bugs. Over the next two days my kids were bitten all over by spiders. Like, the company really drove them inwards. I don't feel like they did nearly enough to protect the inside of the house based on what we told them. I didn't call them back because I didn't want them to drive more spiders into the house. I cancelled any return visits. I don't at all feel like the tech knew what he was doing, and I don't feel like the company handled our issue correctly. Maybe this was the right treatment for roaches, but not for spiders. (Although, we have plenty of roaches in the house too.) I'll not ever use Bulwark Exterminating again.

It turned out just fine. They got lost the first time they tried to come out and they had a wrong number on file so they didn’t make the first appointment and we had to reschedule. This was the only negative thing, but it wasn’t a huge problem. The guy was very professional and he explained everything he was going to do when he came out. When he left he said I could call him with any questions or concerns. I signed a contract and they are going to come every other month.

We still have an ongoing problem with the roaches. It’s not their fault. They have been really good about coming out. When they come they roaches go away, but the roaches eventually come back. We are still trying to determine where the roaches are coming in and once we do we will hope to get that fixed. I can’t say that the fact that I still have roaches is their fault. I love their attitude because they determined to fix this problem for us. I will update my review once the roach problem has improved or not improved.

I was very happy with the service. I felt they went above and beyond for the Big Deal. It turned out very good. No additional costs with the Big Deal. I felt it was very reasonable. The representative was very professional.

They did very well. The guy who showed up to do the work was on time. His name was Michael and he was very professional and a very nice guy. He was also flexible to our circumstances. We had landscapers in the yard putting in new grass so he couldn’t do the exterior the first time he came out. He just did the interior. He came back a second time to do the exterior for no additional fees. It seems to be working.

They came out two separate times because it was raining the first day and they couldn’t do the exterior. They sprayed behind some of the wall outlets. They used 5-6 different types of pesticides. They also injected pesticide in between the windows where the mechanism holds it in place. I’ve never seen that done before by any other pest control company and we have hired a few other companies over the years. After Bulwark came, we do have less pest than before they came. Shane was the technician who came. He was very courteous and obliged our house rules about not wearing shoes. It turned out mostly well. One of the things that attracted me to the offer was that they use pesticide behind wall outlets and I thought that was a great idea. What they didn’t say was that they only do one outlet per room. So even though they spray inside the walls, they leave 90% unprotected.

I had a fine experience. They showed up on time and did a good job.

The initial service was good. Mario, the service person was very prompt and pleasant. The product worked well for 3 weeks and then the insects started showing up again. I called and was told they did not have a service person in my area for 3 weeks. They advertise someone will come back within 48 hours if the problem persists. After calling twice begging to get someone out to my house with no luck I have given up on them.

The first treatment they treated inside and outside of home. They explained how their treatment works and that they would email me for the next appointment. They notified me what day and time they would be there and called ahead of time. I did not have to be there unless I wanted treatment inside the house again. Basically they treat outside lawn and areas so that bugs can't get in. It is all very simple, fast and easy.

I was mildly happy. Once I realized essentially, from what I could tell was, that's how much they normally charge; so I was not sure if that was a big deal. It was an impression that I got. I am not 100% sure if that's the case, but from what I saw if I was just to go and have a look at it, then that was the price it would cost every two months regardless with once a year for four treatments and after that it would just be an exterior treatment every two months. I can't remember if I saw that on the website or what I determined, but that was the normal price. I had previous exterminators in my house and my wife was alarmed at how much quantity of chemical they were putting in the house. It was all in the house and the whole entire house was smelling with the bug spray & chemical whereas when I had other exterminators, it did smell a little bit; but within an hour it would be gone. She was pretty alarmed. The price didn't seem outrageous or anything. The guy was friendly. He was on time.

Excellent communication throughout the process with both the home office and the technician. If you're a new customer like I was, the home office will speak with you for about 20 minutes explaining everything about what they do, what to expect, and to find out what your individual situation is regarding pests. The technician called ahead before coming over to do the service. He was polite, professional, and explained each part of the service he was providing.

The technician arrived on time and was well dressed. He asked about the type of pests we were having and then explained what he would do and when it would take effect. He used a liquid spray around water pipes and a powder in the attic. He then used a powder outside in the weepholes. He also sprayed the garage with a liquid and the outside perimiter. I have only seen 2 tree roaches since the treatment, and they were dead. I am now having a small problem with ants so will call them back out. They come back out for free if still having problems

It went well except I had a difficult time getting a receipt or a statement of services. The technician forgot to leave it; I called to get it and it took days.

Actually really impressed. The tech that came out, Vincent, was extremely professional and told me more about bugs, roaches and ants than I wanted to know, but certainly knew his game. After the initial application, which took about 45 min, and he took off his shoes before coming in the house too, I saw dead bugs outside the house that let me know it was working well. I had a recurrance of ants in my upstairs bathroom that I called about after a week. They immediately set up an appt ASAP and sent him out again. He spent 30 min watching the ants and where they were coming from before spraying and baiting and we have no more ants as of that night. The company called me three days later just to check that I was satisfied and didn't have any more ants. I ended up signing up for thier every-other-month service because of the professionalism. Great company.

It was smooth and easy. Showed up on time and didn't take too long at all. Did a great job explaining everything as well. Even came back out 2 days later to help with 1 more thing without any questions asked.
