Everything turned out well. The gentleman was very courteous, arrived on time, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Furthermore, he seems to have done a good job because there were a lot of dead june bugs outside after he left.

The whole experience went accordingly and technician was great (Michael).

Was a professional experience. Fully explained their process, then began with the interior walking through all the process as he worked and explained the chemicals used. Same with the exterior. Treated the entire inside and outside of house. Knocked down all wasps nests and spiders webs.

The Bulwark Exterminating service provider showed up on time and was very courteous, professional and thorough in the work he did. I was impressed and would definitely use them again.

They wanted to upgrade my service. I said I didn’t want you and they were fine with that. There was a hole in my garage ceiling where my attic is, the man that came out said he would come back out once the hole was closed back up. They said they would not charge extra for it. They service was great and exactly what I asked for.

Went very well. He was very professional. Explained in detail, any questions that we had. We actually signed a contract with them to have all of our future pest control needs serviced by them.

It went well. They did the schedule and they came on time. I have no complains as expected. It’s good service. I would recommend them.

They arrived an hour earlier than the appointment was scheduled. They were very friendly and professional while completing the service. They came back a second time to retreat, however, the pests are still there.

Bulwark did a great job and the guy they sent out was very thorough. He walked both my wife and I through everything to make sure we were comfortable with what he was doing and how it would work. He did his work quickly and discreetly. We have signed on to continue using them for the coming bi-monthly service to help make sure we keep the pests out. Great job and top class in everyway to this point.

They were OK but we noticed roaches about 10 days after they did the service. Not sure of effectiveness of their chemicals.

There was some problem initially with scheduling... I had it on my calendar for 3/13, but when they didn't show and I called them, they said they had me scheduled for 3/19. So I rescheduled for that date, and they actually came by to see if they could come an hour earlier than scheduled. It wasn't convenient, so they came back at the scheduled time. The stuff they used was safe for my dogs, the birds outside and the lizards, so I liked that.

There was some minor miscommunication in the beginning, but everything turned out well. The gentleman was professional and courteous, and he did a thorough application.

They must be doing something right because there aren't any more cockroaches in the house!

That turned out fine. We called them, they came and they got the work done. Just one exterminator came out and it took him about an hour. The service was extremely good.

The experience was fine except that whatever they used choked me up, I couldn't breath very well afterwards so I'm not using them again. They were professional and fine but what they used didn't work for me.

The deal turned out fine. We have now purchased quarterly treatments with their services. The only issue we have had with them is that once they could not get into our gate because they claimed the back gate was locked. However, the gate was never locked and they may have just had trouble figuring out the latch. We have had to rearrange and reschedule to ensure someone is home so that they can get in. The treatments have worked out well and we will continue to use their services.

Very professional and knowledgable and very courteous. Answered questions and was mindful of my pets. Also sprayed only in backyard against home and put down no other chemicals in back to make sure my feral cats that have taken up residence could not be harmed. I plan to use them again.

No charge for that. Treatments seem to be effective. They stay in touch by phone to schedule more appointments, but are ok with the fact that I'm not ready to begin a regular service schedule.

Abe, manager for our service area, arrived on time, introduced himself and explained the service to be provided. We talked about what bugs we have seen and any problem areas as well as safety for our pets. He was personable, efficient and did not press us to sign up for additional services. He removed his shoes-- not at our request, its just something that he does. We liked everything that he did and said and will be using this company in the future.

I signed up for a monthly treatment plan with them after they came out initally. They come out every other month. They treat for ants/spiders and rats. I signed up for both my business & my home, so when they call to let me know that they're coming out for service, I wish that they let me know what location they'll be coming to.

They were fine. They came out everything was good as planned...nothing great...nothing bad...like normal, good extermination. They did everything was pretty quick.

Punctual, efficient, professional.
