It's working, i had a very bad ant problem. They did the house twice and i didn't have them anymore.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal. It went great; very well. They will come every 2 months.

Mark said that he would come out again free of charge if I saw activity in two weeks after treatment. I had to call again and Mark came out with no questions asked. He is very flexible with time and very punctual / professional. Overall, I am pleased with the service and would recommend this company and Mark Devy for your exterminator man!

These guys are awesome. They really take care of the customer and the price is very reasonable. I had tons of ant beds that invaded my back yard and now they're gone!

They called me for scheduling the day after I purchased the deal and they came out the following day. I was appreciative of that because we had a problem with bugs. After the first treatment, there seems to have already been a huge improvement. I liked the treatment method that they use as it is dog-friendly and safe. My experience with them was very good. I have even signed up for their annual maintenance when they come out on a regular basis.

Contractor was punctual and professional.

Made appointment. No showed. Made 2nd appointment. No showed.

Abraham showed up within the window promised and explained my options after I described the problems we were experiencing. He then performed the work stated above. I have been very pleased with the service and plan to repeat every other month.

Bulwark are very easy to get a hold of by phone or email. They respond quickly and are very timely in setting up appointments. Their staff is friendly and professional. They were very thorough when spraying our home for the initial treatment and even took electrical plates off to look inside and treat those areas. We have had no issues with pests inside our home since but we did have to have them come out for retreatment of the back yard for some fire and sugar ants. They came promptly and at no charge (despite it being pouring rain outside).

Seems to have gone well. they were able to kill the ants.

Provider came out on the agreed upon scheduled date. Called a few minutes before getting there. Treated both in and outer perimeter of the infected area for an ant infestation. Clearly explained the chemical treatment used. Was very professional and courteous. A follow-up call a couple weeks later for coming out again to check on any further infestation Same provider came out as scheduled, and performed follow-up visual inspection. They did the service and backed their work up with a one year warranty. I really liked their customer service and wouldn't hesitate in using them again or recommending them to others.

It was fine. I misunderstood what I was getting. I assumed it would include termites but it did not. I didn’t have a big problem before haven’t had a problem since. One person came out. He pointed out that we had a nest of bees way up high in the trees

These guys are FANTASTIC! I was skeptical at first using a large company like this, but the guy showed up on time, he was very courtous, knowledgable, and all together very helpful. This was easily the best experience I have ever had with pest control - I highly recommend these guys!

Mark was very diligent in explaining to me what the treatment was and what he would do. He specifically targeted the problems I was having. I was totally pleased with his professionalism.

Apparently the fire ant treatment was just a spot treatment. I thought it would be the whole yard. I had to call them back for the fire ants because the ants came back. They were very responsive and came right back out. They treated again for the fire ants for no additional fees. The indoor treatment worked, but it really stunk and felt too chemical based to be in the home. The people I interacted with were really nice, but the fire ant treatment in the end wasn’t effective. I like the people, but not the product.

Provider did a fantastic job - very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and took extra care in areas where I pointed out that we'd seen ants. Service was mostly preventative, but the ants we did have are completely gone. I would definitely use this provider again.

Brilliant, calls before arrival, checks expectations each and every time they call, completely stops all bugs and mostly from the outside.

They were punctual, did what they said they would, explained everything to us; They were professional but very nice.

We purchased an Angie's List deal they sponsored for interior/exterior pest control preventative spraying along with yard fire ant treatment. They were very responsive and easy to setup an appointment to have them come out later that week. The technician was very efficient and informative. They did what they advertised to do. Now we'll have to see if the insects we were dealing with inside the house are treated. Overall, a good experience.

Yesterday I was mad because I got an invoice. But they are taking care of that today and their customer service had been great.
